Chapter 46: My kinds...

"Oh! Ohk! Thank you!" Isa looked at Jacob for a few seconds pleasently and continued to read the book, while munching her chocolate.

As soon as Isa diverted her attention towards the book, Jacob smiled at the girl and licked the chocolate on his thumb. He savoured the taste of the chocolate for a few seconds, looking at the girl constantly. Why does this taste better than any chocolate in the world?

Jacob smiled as if enjoying his own private joke and started reading again. He took a sip of the coffee and his eyes popped open in surprise. "How did you know, I don't add sugar in my coffee!"

"I assumed, knowing your tastes during the lunch! You liked it?" Isa smiled at the boy.

"Hmm! I love it. Just my kind of coffee!!" Jacob grinned at the girl, while Isa again continued studying.

Jacob was already feeling refreshed after taking a few sips of the coffee and he rapidly started reading the further pages. One hour later, the two of them had already finished their respective books, choosing the new ones. They were now quite hopeful for things to go there way!

It was already 1 at mid-night when the two of them decided to grab a bite. The college cafeteria was opened 24 hours, for the students who attended evening classes or who studied till late in the library.

They decided to go walking towards the cafeteria, discussing the important points on the way. Suddenly, Jacob looked at Isa, feeling overwhelmed. Just this morning, he was standing in the middle of a busy road, to get himself killed. Now, he is already preparing for his first meeting at the company to be held tomorrow!

"Thank you so much Isa! I don't know, how I can thank you enough for all the efforts you have done for me! You are very kind-hearted person. How can I ever repay you?"

"It is very easy to repay me. I already told you, treat me to a nice meal and we are even!" Isa chuckled, looking at the boy.

Jacob rolled his eyes at the girl, slapping his forehead.
