Chapter 14: Chapter 13 - Obtaining Peerage
(Author's Note - Lots of college troubles happening causing me to only have time when I am about to go to sleep for the night I get a little bit of time. I finished my calls around 3:45 in the afternoon. More calls and stuff may come in later. All I know of a confirmed time so far is ~2:30 on Wednesday and an email about housing later. P.S. The problem of their differing personalities is because there isn't as much material to cover about it and therefore I'm leaving it as a minor personality change due to a butterfly effect of Angus' existence.)
(Angus) - "Then, I have no choice but to force your hand. You will see that this is for the best for you later on. But, I won't let you blame me for taking away more of your freedom."
(Kalawarner) - "I'm not some spineless coward like Mittelt begging for her life!"
(Angus) - "Hmm, seems you don't understand. I only ask for you to remain loyal to me. If you display loyalty, I won't make you do things your not comfortable with. If you fail to give me your loyalty I can just as easily as force you. Besides you keep talking about your loyalty to Azazel and Shemhazai yet I bet you misconstrued their orders. I bet Azazel's orders were something along the lines of 'Watch over the possible Sacred Gear users.' instead of telling you to eliminate them."
(Kalawarner) - "Hmph, what would you know about their orders."
(Angus) - "Well let's put an end to this then. Mittelt, come over here and stand before me!"
(Mittelt) - "Y- Yes! Kalawarner! You should listen to him!"
Mittelt said that as she walked over in front of Angus.
(Mittelt) - "I'm here."
Mittelt arrived in front of Angus while Kalawarner stared at her furiously. Meanwhile, Akeno was standing there silent and smiling behind Rias. While, at the same time, Rias who was in front of Akeno stood there was an unhappy expression on her face as she stood there and watched Angus.
Angus ignoring the others reached into the air and summoned his inventory. After pulling out a plain-looking black colored box be opened it pulling out a small chess piece. To be more precise, it was a pawn. Closing the box and putting it back into the rift in space putting it back into his inventory, Angus walked up to Mittelt.
(Angus) - "Mittelt lay down."
(Mittelt) - "Uhhhhh..." She groaned looking at the grassy floor under her and looked at Angus' cold face with teary eyes as she resounded. "I understand."
She laid herself on the ground and Angus walked up and put the pawn piece laying down on her chest and made her hold it on her chest.
(Angus) - "Then I shall begin."
(Mittelt) - "Un."
(Angus) - "I, Angus Apocalypse, hereby in my name command, to thee Mittelt. To allow thy soul to be transformed under me. To become my peerage. As your new master, I grant you a new life and new powers!"
Upon finishing his incantation, Angus then waited as the bright light dissipated from Mittelt's body she abruptly stood up. As soon as Mittelt's petite body got up from the floor her pitch-black wings spread out and the aura she released was clearly much stronger than that of even Azazel. At the same time, she went from 1 pair of wings straight to 7 pairs of raven black wings.
(Angus) - "I welcome the first of my peerage, Mittelt. The only restriction on you will be that you do not attack unless I give you permission to do so for now. Loyalty will be rewarded and disobedience will be punished. A warm welcome to you, Mittelt."
(Mittelt) - "Thank you!"
(Angus) - "Now then, my first order is for you to restrain Kalawarner. Also, instead of avoiding calling me since you don't know what to call me, you can call me master, boss, leader, Angus-sama, or Angus-san instead."
(Kalawarner) - "Mittelt you-! Guh!"
Not even letting Kalawarner finish her words Mittelt appeared before her and sent a relatively light punch towards the unprepared Kalawarner causing her to stop speaking and cough out some blood before laying on the ground wheezing.
(Mittelt) - "Leader! I didn't mean to hit that hard! I swear!"
(Angus) - "It's fine. Your powers were suddenly boosted it's not strange this happened at all Mittelt. Now that you tested your powers out a little I do that believe working for me is a good idea. Though, it wouldn't be a good idea to betray me just because you got some power now. I can still forcibly remove the powers from you."
(Mittelt) - "I understand, Angus-sama!"
(Angus) - "Uwah... Her personality switched ao fast once she decided to go all-in on me..."
(Kalawarner) - "*cough* *cough*"
(Angus) - "Do you want to join me now? I can give you this level of power as well."
(Kalawarner) - "Mittelt- you traitor!"
(Angus) - "*sigh* Guess not then."
Angus lifted the right blade of Lunar Vein into the air and stabbed Kalawarner straight through the heart shocking Mittelt, Rias, and Akeno with his brutality.
Angus pulled the body of Kalawarner and made it lay in an open spot and had her body cross her arms and placed her hands on a pawn piece Angus had pulled out of the box again.
(Angus) - "I, Angus Apocalypse, command by name, to the Kalawarner. To allow thy soul to descend to this world once more. To become my servant. As your new master, I grant you new life and powers!"
A bright light appeared and covered Kalawarner's body for a little bit. Upon the light disappearing Kalawarner woke up.
(Angus) - "Get up."
As if listening to his command, Kalawarner got up and stood there.
(Angus) - "Control Setting - 90%."
Upon saying this Kalawarner who stood there with an expressionless face suddenly turned to face Angus and stared at home with a look of hatred.
(Kalawarner) - "How dare you take my body and control as if it's some puppet!"
Ignoring Kalawarner, Angus put the dead body of Dohnaseek into his inventory before speaking again.
(Angus) - "Hey, I warned you. It's worse if you don't decide to follow my advice. Not my problem. Anyways, we can talk later. You two stay here and help Akeno clean up the blood and feathers on the ground here. Rias, I think it's about time that Issei needs us there. Let's head back first. Also, Mittelt, Kalawarner, you try any stunts and I'll force the powers out of you and rip you apart myself. Stay loyal to me. Who knows- I might even help you reach God-class in strength one day."
Rias teleported over through her magic circle and Angus quickly left through his fast shadow movements leaving the two fallen angels and Akeno there to clean up the mess on the ground. Angus quickly arrived at the scene. At his arrival, he saw the scene of Raynare laying down on the ground with her front down. Along with Issei and Rias standing in front of her. While Kiba and Koneko were in the back watching.
(Rias) - "Hyoudou Issei's Sacred Gear was not just a simple Twice Critical."
(Raynare) - "What?"
(Rias) - "It can increase its wilder's powers immeasurably for just 10 seconds, to the point where even God could be destroyed. It is one of the 13 Longinus Gears. The Crimson Emperor Dragon's gauntlet, the Boosted Gear."
If one looked close enough to see her mad expression. It was possible to clearly see that she was questioning how a person like Issei had gotten those level of powers. Rias looked back towards Issei who was slightly behind her and spoke.
(Rias) - "No matter how powerful it is, it needs time to power up, so it's not almighty. It's because your opponent let her guard down that you won. And now you will disappear Fallen Angel."
Right as Rias turned back around Raynare turned back into the form she had when she dated Issei. Back into the human form, Amano Yuuma.
(Raynare) - "Issei-kun."
Raynare shocked those who were watching with her sudden performance.
(Raynare) - "Help me! I might have said all that, but as a Fallen Angel I had no choice but to do as I did!"
(Issei) - "Yuuma-chan-."
(Raynare) - "See! As proof, I didn't throw this away! You remember, don't you? You bought this for me."
(Issei) - *Gasp* "Why do you still have that?"
(Raynare) - "I just couldn't part with it! I mean- you gave it-."
Raynare said this all while she purposefully had tears well up into her eyes. This caused Issei who started to walk up to her to have tears to build up in his eyes as well. Kiba noticing this decided to act. Meanwhile, Angus who was watching in the shadows was waiting for a better opportunity.
(Kiba) - "This is bad, Koneko-chan!"
Koneko nodded her head at Kiba's statement and they both started to move forward in a rush. However, Rias out her hand out to stop them from moving forward.
(Raynare) - " Please, save me! Issei-kun!"
When Raynare finished her words Issei's body started to visibly shake from his conflicting emotions built up inside of him.
(Issei) - "How far will you go-? Bucho, please, do it."
(Angus) - "And that's where I'll be stopping you at Rias."
(Rias) - "Angus-san!?"
Angus had appeared from behind the Fallen Angel suddenly which shocked everyone. Before they could say anything else Angus plunged Lunar Vein deep into Raynare who was still in the form of Amano Yuuma. Angus had instantly taken her life by plunging Lunar Vein through her heart which killed her on the spot. Which made it so that Angus used Lunar Vein and manipulated the blood of the sword to search her body and pull off the twilight healing from Raynare's body. He then tossed Raynare's body into the inventory to revive later. Which he then tossed the Twilight Healing rings to Rias and walked out of the abandoned church. At which Rias decided to continue on without Angus.
(Rias) - "Let's give this back to her."
That was all Angus heard before he disappeared into the forest. In the forest, he didn't know why, but Angus felt something, something almost nostalgic. Before heading over there he revived Raynare and left the full 100% control on her for now and told her to pick up Mittelt and Kalawarner at the entrance of the forest.

(Author's Note - Next chapter I will throw a little part of Angus' past. Therefore it will include part of the story of The Goddesses' Domain. Hope you enjoy it?)
