Conclusion and Delusion
After fulfilling his mission, Viscount Randolph and the other four silver-rank mage unleashed a series of explosion type spells-- destroying the entire control room and burning everything including the duke.
This explosions also caused a chain reaction, making the entire <Mega-ton Hermos cannon> blow up, turning the city lord's mansion into a scorching hell.
Then this group of silver-rank mages silently sneak away, carrying with them the entire fortune of the duke.
Everyone who witnessed the destruction thought that the explosions were caused by too much strain on the cannon's mechanism.

________
Everyone in the battlefield have no idea what just happen with that last attack from the City lord's weapon of destruction.
Hannigan has a little guess-- it's definitely connected to the black robe man. But that doesn't matter,
--the war has finally concluded.
Even if the fight between the three fortress golems and the Stellarknight is still ongoing, they already won this war.
After all, those four are just summoned beings that have a time limit.
Once they expired, there won't be anyone defending the city since every surviving enemies, have already fled toward the other cities or back to the kingdom.
After confirming that everything were taken care of, the prince ordered everyone to return. Now that every mages on this legion were dead,
--no one left is capable of opening a portal towards a region much closer to the kingdom.
They had no choice but to ride their horses and Pegasus on the way back to the capital.
Other than Aesma 2.0, none of them would know that in the coming days-- the royal palace will be slowly devoured from inside-out.
________
________
"Everyone stop daydreaming!"
Hannigan's loud voice has made all the surviving warriors shift their attention to him.
Hannigan looked at his generals.
Desrook and Savant appeared much better now, after drinking a high-quality healing potion.
Emerald wasp seems fine too, she still has some surviving human-puppets at her disposal.
"Savant, summon thousands of your 2nd-tier servants to mine those manatite ores. My giant bugs will be responsible for transporting them back."
Savant respectfully listens to his lord's command and started planning an effective mining method. Using the undead to mine is more efficient,
--since they don't get hungry or tired.
"Emerald wasp, bring all your human-puppets with you to plunder the treasury inside the City lord's mansion.
There will definitely be lethal traps laying around,
--but that remaining silver-rank mage must know some sensitive information about the defense mechanism of that mansion."
Emerald wasp respectfully bowed--
"As you command my lord." and went to fulfil her task along with her servants.
"Desrook, summon low-tier forest protectors to take all those mystic cannons back to our base. Most of them are damaged but that old dwarven can definitely repair them."
Hannigan gave Desrook a simple task, knowing that he is still in a weakened state after being revived.

After he completed on giving his orders to the generals,
suddenly--
"Hey kid!"
Barlow came and given the former captain a bear hug-- not minding his hard carapace body.
"What the fuck are you doing you old fool?!"
Hannigan was flustered and tried to free himself from this idiot who's defiling his eerie image of a Demon lord.
"Haha-- kid are you still a shy-boy?"
Barlow was just happy that they survived the war.
The other rebels also joins in to greet their former captain.

After getting away from that embarrassing situation, Hannigan finally notice something surprising about the <Summoning Item>.
Normally after using it, the <summoning item> that he knows about should lose its lustre and turned into a normal crystal.
But that didn't happen-- the item still has a very weak aura pulsating inside it.
He could also feel that the aura is actually getting stronger again-- bit by bit.
In other words, this is not a one-time use item, but a <Summoning Item> that possess a cooldown.
This clearly show its rarity among all other <summoning item>.
Demon lord Hannigan was now more curious about the identity of that black robe man.

________
Inside the flying fortress, Deus tried some of his skills-- one of it he used on the little brat; [Cyber Domain].
And as expected, he could only control her actions and order her around against her free will, like what is written on the <skill description>
--but he still can't change her personality setting without a specific <game tool>.
In other words, even as a God level Cybernetic organism, he was still bounded by some unknown Laws.
As a full level Engineer, be it chemical, mechanical or molecular, wasn't he supposed to be able to create nuclear weapons and rained thousands of it on the faces of the other players?
But that was not the case, some unknown Law prevents him to.
He is limited by the skill he has and couldn't break their given effect, of what that skill can do.
The same thing for their activation conditions, if a price is needed to sacrifice or pay, then there is no roundabout way to bypass them.
So 'Who' created this laws?
In the world of <Yggdrasil> the Developers created them, while the Game masters serve as the law enforcers catching cheaters, find bugs, acts as arbitrator and moderator.
**************
There are levels of reality. The world where I was born has zero evidence that it isn't a simulated reality while <Yggdrasil> is a sub- reality of that world.
After the server closes down, maybe the conscious beings in that sub-reality might have been forced to transfer to another sub-reality existing parallel to <Yggdrasil>,
--the <New World>.
If so, is the new world naturally existed or was it also artificially created?
If the new world is naturally created by the universe then that is not a big problem, but what if it was also artificially created like <Yggdrasil>?
--then who are the game Developers?
Who are the Game masters?
Where are these Gods at?
**************
After thinking all this nonsense-- Deus decided to do something he never intended to do back in <Yggdrasil>,
--binding this flying fortress to him and becoming its master.
Deus didn't bind it to his account back then since he was planning on selling it,
--then give some of his earnings to his group mates to appease their anger.
Sadly, his account was sealed and the trading clearance was frozen.
There are benefits once this fortress is bonded to him. Some of it were--
He didn't need to use his skill to forcefully enter it,
--he will get 100% access to all facilities,
--this stupid brat will start respecting him as her master and the most important of all-- is the bonus <500 level> to freely spend on creating NPCs that could actually fight.
With the level cap of 100, he could create five lvl100 characters or just 4 lvl100s with two weak lvl50s.
In addition, he could play around with their backstory, appearance, AI and armaments.
Of course, he could also choose from variety of races he wanted them to be.
This is why he would have earned-- tens of millions of credit points if he had sold this item.
_______
_______
Deus opens up the fortress' console setting then scrolled towards the <Bind Setting>.
Name: Orbital Skypalace Babylon <Peak-Legendary>
Item status: (not bonded) (tradable)
.....
.....
.....
This fortress is top-level, it's not the best like those God-level base which has free build-in World Item inside them, but when it comes to mobility, Orbital Skypalace Babylon is number 1.
[Bind (Yes)/ (No)]
Deus selected (Yes)...
//////////////// loading binding…5%////////////////
While waiting, he was looking forward on creating his NPCs.
He has to admit though, his sense of art and imagination were mediocre at best but he's going to try hard.
If he doesn't come up with any descent ideas, then maybe he will just have to plagiarize some 20th century anime characters.
Who is he going to choose?
As he was considering his options-- the binding process was completed.
