Chapter 47: Filthy Mouth
No one can believed that they are hearing him laugh.
And he is laughing whole heartedly.
The earth is probably ending. That's in everyone's thoughts.
All the people in this room are astonished by this current scene. This is a phenomenon to them. The Demon King is laughing like a handsome Angel. All who witnessed his God like presence were astound.
"Hey stop laughing". Azalea is starting to feel embarrassed for him. Of all the people here in this room he is the only one who finds her cat mimicry funny.
Jack stop laughing but he's still smiling from ear to ear.
"Why are you so cute, ha?". He is pinching her chin while suppressing his desire to kiss her nose.
"Stop doing that". She swatted his hand and pouted her lips. She feels like his treating her like a child.
Jack can't contain his happiness, he loves being with her and also loves to tease her till her cheeks burn red.
He just know her less than a month but she's giving him such enormous pleasure but she didn't know it.
In his entire life he never felt this kind of feeling, of being truly happy. He made a decision to possess her and make her all for himself, she is his source of happiness. Anyone who dares to take her away he will destroy them for good.
Trey is watching his cousin's expression with full of curiosity. 'What did he see in her that makes him become obsessive in this nerd girl?' his curious thoughts is kicking him hard.
Corbin is also wondering how this nerd looking girl got his boss's attention.
Azalea who still feels embarrassed made a sudden look in the power point report of the remaining group. She read the name of the undeveloped land that they are tackling.
"Are you interested in that land?". Her brows knit when she realized she knows that place.
Jack followed where her finger is pointing. His eyebrows furrowed, he remembered Trey told him about this land outside the city but he told him he is not interested in it. He looked at his cousin with his knitted brows.
Trey felt the death look his cousin is giving him. He forgot that Jack already rejected this project but his team is discussing it today.
"I'm dead for sure". He murmured.
" As far as I know that's an isolated land, why did you ask?". He already rejected Trey's project about that land but he feels like his little wife wants it.
Azalea look at him, she's contemplating whether to tell him or not about the initial project they supposed to do there.
"If for some reason you get interested in that land can you do a collaboration with my brother?". She wants to make a gamble she knows this is a huge project with great profit but also needs a great investment.
"If you want me to get interested, you have to convince me". The truth is even if she don't convince him if she ask for that land he will buy it for her.
Azalea got up and head straight to the front. She ask if she can borrow their slide for a bit and they agreed.
"My brother and I, we're eyeing this land for a few months now. The price for a piece of land is very cheap compared to the city or near the cities with wide roads". She's looking at Jack's eyes, she needs to focus on him because he's the biggest fish she needs to catch.
"We all know that". Corbin cut her off. "Cut the chase and tell us directly what's interesting in that land". He sounds annoyed.
Azalea stop for a moment and look at him. 'What's his problem?'. She's confused. 'Is he just trying to bully me'. That thought made her a bit mad.
She looked at Jack's direction and she saw a grim expression in his face. He is furious.
She stared at him waiting for him to look at her when he did she smiled in a sly way.
Jack is furious. Corbin dared to bully his wife in front of him. He is already thinking of a hundred ways to punish him. But when he looked at his wife he saw a haughty smile in her face and he understands what it means.
"You're no fun". She said in a naughty way. "Do you jerk already before you foreplay?". And she slightly squint her eyes while grinning at him.
Everyone was shocked. They never thought she have a filthy mouth.
"You can't seem to wait for the climax you already let go if that steam, how sad" . She continued to annoy him
"Why you..." Corbin wants to curse her from head to toe. 'How dare her talk to me like that'. His mind is in a blizzard of anger.
He wants to pick the book beside him and throw it at her face but he remembers how his boss adored this woman he will kill him if he do that.
Trey laugh so hard he almost cried. He can't believe that there will be a day he will see a woman just face slap the great Gary Corbin.
Jack's lips curved upward. 'That's my woman'. He's very proud of how she handled herself.
"I'm just kidding dont be so mad". She tried to ease him. "Unless it's true of course". And tease him at the end.
Corbin tried so hard to conceal his anger. He is gritting his teeth. This is the first time someone slandered him worst in front of his big boss. He wants to kill her.
"I know what you're thinking right now, you want to kill me, am I right?". She's looking straight at Corbin. "I don't think you can do it anyway". It's sounds like she is challenging him.
Corbin smiled slyly. "So you can read minds?". He won't let this woman step on him not in front of Jack. He don't know what her relationship with his boss but his not willing to bow down on her.
"Ooohhhhh, I smell a cat fight". Trey is provoking Corbin more. 'He have no idea who is he dealing with, he'll die after he finds out' And he is laughing in his thoughts.
"Shut up!". Corbin scolded him.
Jack is only watching them. His little wife is really feisty but he wants to know how far she can go.
"Okay let's drop this drama". The seriousness can be heard in her tone. "I don't care who you are or what you do in this building I only came here for Jack Shin". Her aura drop to a negative zero. They feel like if she have a gun they're probably all dead by now.
"If you don't have anymore nice things to say.... SHUT THE FUCK UP!". She emphasize her last words.
Jack is grinning. "I love this woman". He murmured. Then he looked at Corbin with a displeased gaze.
Corbin understood the look Jack gave him, he needs to really shut his mouth now.
While Trey is looking at Azalea in agape.
"Continue". Jack ordered her.
"Okay!". She answered him as if nothing happened. She automatically came back to that giggling nerdy girl.
Jack smiled at her. He can't believe she can switch her emotions in an instant. She throws the look with intent to kill to Corbin a minute ago but now she's a giggling little girl again.
