Chapter 4: Chapter Four: Body Tempering Stage three! Mysterious Weapon!
After healing my injuries to the best of my abilities, I pick up the cooked monkey meat, and with each bite I take, I can feel my dantian get more and more filled with Nature Energy, and right when I finish eating the last monkey, I feel like Im about to explode, so I hurriedly activate the World Tree Cultivation Technique, and as I feel the Nature Energy drain fast, I can also feel my self getting stronger. As time goes by, right when almost all of the Nature Energy in my body is gone, a huge burst of power goes through my dantian, and immeadiately breaks the wall blocking me from breaking through to body tempering third stage, and goes about 1/4th of the way through the wall of body tempering 4th stage.
'I broke through to body tempering third stage!' I think to myself. As I look around, I notice it's getting dark, and thinking about my parents, I quickly put out the fire and run towards the city.
The next day.
"Young Master! Wake up!" Helen says, as she opens the door to my room, only to see me, already awake, and cultivating so as to stabilize the breakthrough that I had last night.
Hearing my beautiful maid call out to me, I stop cultivating, and get off the bed, so Helen could dress me, which I got used to the second day, because when Helen gets angry.....I shiver uncontrollably thinking about what she did to me.( Never eat her cooking!)
Seeing me shiver, Helen frowns, and says.
"Young Master! This is why you don't stay outside until it's night time! You'll catch a cold doing that! Hurry, hurry! Come here! Let me dress you up in something warm!"
Hearing her, I smile, and say.
"Thank you ,Helen! Your the best maid ever!"
Hearing this, Helen smiles, with a slighly red tint on her face, as she says.
" T- thank you! Young Master!"
'Operation; Get a girl to like you, is a go!'
I think to myself, as Helen tries to hide her red face.
After messing with Helen a bit more and getting dressed, I decide that I want to explore and gather more experience outside of the city, which means I will have to tell my parents.
Walking up to the door of my fathers study, I knock.
"Come In."
Entering, I see my father and my mother sitting next to each other, drinking tea and talking about the clan, when I say.
"I want to leave the city and explore!"
Hearing this my fathers face goes pale, and my mother drops her cup of tea, as she runs towards me, saying.
" What! Now listen here young man! You have only been awake for seven days! I haven't spent enough time with you yet! And even if we did allow you to leave, you would die on the first day! There is no way your cultivation is high enough, its probably not even at Body Tempering first stage!"
Hearing her speak, I frown, and right when I was about to say something, my father cuts in, as he walks over to me.
"Son, tell me, why do you want to leave?"
After thinking a bit, I come to the conclusion of what I want.
"Strength, I want strength!"
Hearing me, my father smiles, and says to me.
"Show me your cultivation!"
As he said that, I release my full cultivation of body tempering stage three, and seeing both of their shocked expressions, i smile, and say to them.
"Can I leave now? I will only be gone for about a month!"
My father smiles and laughs, as he says.
"Hahahahaha! Your just like me when I was younger! Sure! You can go! But only for a month!"
My mother looks at my father and, right as she was about to scream at him, I cut in, and say.
"Mother! Don't get mad at father yet! When Im back, If I haven't broken through to body tempering stage eight or higher, you can yell at him all you want!"
Hearing this, my father lets out a breathe, as he gives me a thumbs up. Seeing this, my mother sighs, and looks towards me and smiles, as she says.
"Fine! But you better come back alive!"
Looking at her, I can see that she is about to cry, so I signal to my father, to which he follows, as he nods.
"Well than! Im leaving!"
As I open the door, It hits something, which causes a noise.
" Ouch!" Helen says as she rubs her head.
Seeing her, I smile, as I help her up off of the floor, when she starts to tear up,and says to me.
"Your leaving!?"
Seeing her cry, I frown, and pat her on the head, and say.
"Only for a month! It's not that long! When I get back, I'll take you for a walk around the city! How about that!?"
As she wipes her tears away, she smiles.
"Okay!"
She says, as she walks off happily.
Walking back to my room to pack my stuff, I see a bag already on my bed, and after checking it, I see that it has all the stuff that I need.
Smiling, I think to myself.
'Thank you, Helen!'
Grabbing the bag, I leave the house, and head towards the market to buy a weapon.
"Come! Come! Any one looking for weapons! Well, I have the perfect ones for you! They are all of the best quality!"
Looking towards the direction the voice came from, I see an old man sitting the ground surrounded by many cultivators.
"Old man! What do you mean! Weapons? These are clearly just wooden! What do you mean best quality! Come on everyone! Lets leave!"
As everyone scatters, I see many normal looking weapons made out of wood.
Walking over, as im looking at the weapons, I pause on one.
The War Hammer.
Because I cultivate the World Tree Cultivation Technique, I have a Special sense towards Nature Energy, and immeadiately, when I looked at the war hammer, my senses got over loaded.
"You see something you like?"
The old man says, to which I nod, and ask.
"How much for this war hammer?"
"Hmmm. How about...five gold?!"
Now, to anyone else, hearing that price for just a piece of wood shaped like a war hammer might sound crazy, but to me, I can clearly tell that this weapond is special, thus, I immediately held five gold coins.
Picking up the war hammer, after a closer look, I can see patterns on it made out of Nature Energy.
"Pleasure doing business with you!"
The old man says, which snaps me out of my trance, and say.
"Hmmm? Ah, yeah, sure!"
As I walk away towards the city gates, I think to myself.
'Now that I got an awesome weapon, Its time to leave!'
