Chapter 640: Pure hate

Lyn shuddered as she turned her head. It was brother Kotaro, but there was a dark energy around him. His face looked like he was possessed by something. There was a maniac look in his eyes. For the first time since her sister brainwashed him, Lyn felt genuinely afraid of him.

What is this? He wasn't like this before. Moreover, she can't feel Asou's presence anymore. Did brother Kotaro suppress him?

"Brother-"

Kotaro laughed when he heard her words. "You're still calling me brother? Didn't Asou explain it to you already? I don't care about you, I have always disliked you."

"E-even so, you're still my brother."

At those words Kotaro tightened the grip on her wrist. His gaze was cold. "I don't want a sister like you. That's right, ever since you were born I knew you would be a hindrance. That's why I spread those rumors. It seems somebody else added to it. But the origin of it was me, don't tell me you forgot?"
