Chapter 11: Trying Hard to Hide These Feelings.
Next day, Elsa tried to put her mind at ease and repeated this mantra she made for herself ," Don't be nervous.Be normal.. ."
She was walking around outside the classroom telling her to calm down. " Look Elsa this is not the first time you are having this. You have escaped every single time it happened. Why are you being nervous like this as if you are in love?"
Elsa hit her forehead at this and said, " No.. Nooo... It's just a crush.. A simple crush.. He was just being a good guy. Anyone will feel like this towards him, It's not just you. So freaking calm down Elsa!!!!!! "
She tried very hard to calm herself when someone poked her shoulder, Elsa was startled and turned around only to find the guy for whom she was trying very hard to stay sane.
Ray looked at her and asked," What's wrong? Why are you walking around the classroom and shaking your head ?"
It was then she realized that, everyone was looking at her. She smiled trying to cover her embarassment and said ,"Umm Hey... umm... Nah.. It was nothing ... Just having some random thoughts." She tried hitting herself for stuttering while answering him. She asked herself ' How was she normal now?'
' Nothing.. my foot... If it was nothing , you would have been ignoring all this , and would have stomped on him now.' Elsa's heart cried at this
" A penny for your thoughts?" Ray asked while smiling at her. Elsa didn't think that he would pester about it, so she changed the topic," Hey.. Did you do today's assignment?"
Ray nodded and said," Adina sent it to me today morning."
"Shit.. I forgot.. I'm going to write it now.. See ya!" Elsa hurried off to her seat.
During lunch, Adina came around and asked her whether she wanted to go for a drink and Elsa stood up immediately as she was craving for her favourite drink.
When she reached the shop , which was just opposite of their college , she saw Ray and his friends waiting for them.
She looked at Adina questioningly. Adina glanced at her expression and said," What?.. I thought you were okay with them given that we went to beach yesterday."
Elsa sighed ," Nope.. Nothing.. I'm okay.. I thought it was only us .. that's all. " Adina was confused to see Elsa acting strange. She asked her whether she was okay to which Elsa nodded.
Elsa repeated the mantra before getting inside the shop. She sat opposite of Ray while avoiding his eyes. While the waiter came over to take their order, Ray asked her with his usual cute smile," It's the usual drink right?"
Elsa' heart skipped on seeing his smile. He was so cute smiling that she wanted to pull his cheeks. She was finding it very hard to hide her feelings.
Elsa was happy that he remembered her choice and nodded shyly.

As soon as she reached home, she was disturbed from her phone ringing. She looked at it and smiled when she knew it was one of her best friends calling her.
Elsa had four people she considered her favourites. For each one of them, it was like family. Even though they meet like once a year, whenever any of us needs any support or finds trouble, they share it with the group first.
Aaliya, Gwen, Brent,Gavin and Elsa met during their high school days. Brent and Gavin were bestfriends and it was the same for the girls. They met at their tuition classes and got more closer as Brent developed a crush on Gwen. Soon, they started dating which made everyone happy for them.
Elsa picked up her phone ," Heyy... How was college?"
" Fine.. I miss you guys... Everyone here is really strange." Aaliya cried.
Elsa laughed and told she misses everyone also. She knew that Aaliya didn't call her for this, she was waiting for her to speak up when Aaliya said, " Look.. I have this friend here who has a crush on someone in her class. She doesn't know what to do. "
Elsa giggled at this and asked ," Are you sure it's your friend who needs help?"
"Yess.. She was very disturbed today as she came to know that the guy had a crush on another girl."
Elsa wanted to laugh so hard but stopped at the right time. She wanted to test her so she said," Then, tell your friend to give up. It's better to find someone else than go after someone who will obviously break your heart."
Aaliya suddenly shouted ," No... He won't break my heart."
" Ahem.. Your?.. I thought it was your friend. How did it suddenly become yours?" Elsa sniggered
Aaliya couldn't say anything to what Elsa said. Elsa laughed," If you want him, tell him about it."
"No.. He won't be my friend then."
" If you could have handled your unrequited love, you wouldn't have called me" Elsa said
Aaliya nodded," It's not that I'm afraid. It's just i don't know what he thinks. He hates it when i talk to other boys and would kill me if i go out with someone."
Elsa asked her," Are you sure that he has a crush on someone? Because as much as i heard from you, I think he loves you but hasn't realized it yet."
Aaliya asked her ," What should i do?" Please tell me. I can't act like i only want to be a friend to him."
Her friends treated her like some love master. They knew that Elsa will know how to make a guy fall for them.
To be honest, Elsa wasn't some love master. She had been in a relationship before but it had failed miserably. And, now she is denying her feelings for Ray. She just knew from her experience what one should do and she also reads manga. Why wouldn't an otaku know some tricks to make a person realize who they love at the last minute?
Elsa told Aaliya her plan but she also warned her that it is a double edged weapon. It could either save you or kill you. So choose wisely.

_Rain Elsa had been in a three year long relationship in past and it ended pretty badly.He cheated on her and she dumped him.
She moved on easily but being in a long relationship do have some bad effects and Naturally, she had her issues: Trust and Insecurity.
