"Hi!"
someone buzz through our chat system.. Clyde Philip Reyes .. Who's this? I asked myself. I was new then to the team,we just had a shuffle and it was my first time to be on a different team without anyone from my previous teammates or wavemates with me. Well it ain't easy.. First of all,I don't know anyone from the team except from the POC and the TL.
"Hi Too!" I answered back
"What was the name of the comedian you were watching?
"Huh?" I was kinda puzzled. Comedian? Well I've been watching lots of comedy clips in the Chill Area Everytime I'm on Lunch.
"The Fil-Am comedian you were watching a while ago" he chatted back.
"Oh I see. That's Jokoy" I replied. Well I sort of love this comedian's way of sending humor to his audience. His jokes may be a little simple or ordinary for others but it really hits me.
"Okay. Thanks"
"NP" (No Problem) That was my last reply. I was still an agent at that time. All I thought is that it was the last but I guess not all my assumption are correct.
"Hey" Sya ulit.
"Ne?"
"I watched him on Netflix"
"Ok" Haha So lame of you Jess. Why? we're not close tho. I didn't knew he was my teammate. Obviously I don't know anyone from this team.
Days have passed, and we're chatting almost everyday from the office to home. Been talking about everything under the sun. Annual team building has come, and we became closer to each other. Everyone was busy with their appointed tasks, some are cooking, others are grilling and some are preparing the table. I was assigned to take care of our drinks, after the dinner we all gathered in the Chill area by the pool. Got some drinks and karaoke.
It was past 3 am when everyone decided to sleep and got to their respective rooms. I was taken aback when someone suddenly puts his arms on my back and escorted me to my room, knowing myself that I'm drunk makes me wanna thank that guy.
