Chapter 14: Girls Nowadays are this Emotional?
Whats with her? After she puked at my beloved body (made of branch) last night? and the time she declared herself to be my companion that day, and now I found out that she's crying because I abandon her 'too'? what did she mean by too? And why would I abandon her in the first place? As far as I concerned Im not that kind of a person(tree). Truth is, this morning, I go out to buy herbs to concoct and some necessary things but that doesnt mean I abandon her, alright? Its just that, I was a bit late because of this..
*Sigh*
Why is this happening to me. Really..

Did she really forget what happened last night? Though, on our first 3 days here, she's always drinking and not she's that drunkard like last night. One more thing, she spout nonesense like 'I love you'?.
For the sake of— What love can a tree gave to a person(horse)? Like that, I stop this thinking for a while as I looking at an item in my hand, It looks like a poker cards, but this card has this <World's Language>. In this card also risides some 'hand sign' or 'sign language' along with this world's letter, I did buy it after seing those. Afterall, for a mute like me, learning sign language is a must. But, because that rip off merchant is hard to deal with, my discount isnt that much and worth only a piece of bread, thats why I was late to come at the inn and sit to concoct.

After that, I went inside our room, but I saw her mourning like she was on a wake scene.
But seing that tears.. My heart felt like tearing, but as if I have one *Sigh*
After that, I went out of our inn and stop at this City's Central Plaza for a bit as I read this card I was holding. Lets see, this card wasnt that hard to comprehend but to 'self-learn' this takes a lot of time.
"As I thought, It was you" I heard a familiar voice entered through my thoughts. it was Reyna. She was talking to me through mind.
I look at her whilst she was smiling, then return to what I was doing again. Page by page, I check all of the cards in my hands, after 5 flips.
"Hey Mister Fortune, a God Tree, do you want me to— hm hm hm—" This time she said it out loud, but I cover her mouth using one of the cards.
"What is your problem? Isnt it better if we just an acquaintance?!" I said so.
"Puwaahh—"
"I wanted an acceptable reason why I'd believe what those tree's are saying!"
She exhaled after taking the card out off her mouth then changed to thought communication at the latter.

"Why you didnt answer? Want me to spread those words?..." She said threateningly
"I dont care... The truth is, I was surprised, I forgot none will believe you anyway even if you are princess. Oh you're a princess, so people think you're not sane and instead your reputation will plummeted." I retort. Afterall, what I said is all true
"Hmmp! I want an answer! since then, all of my friends(trees) are talking nonesense! everywhere I go! they all said the exact same word!" She explained.
Isnt that much obvious and an evidence in itself!? They didnt lie in the first place so Isnt the answer so obvious now!? Is what I thought but didnt said so. Believing those or not is her choice to make, and Im not in a mood to tell her all the truth, So please, shoo shoo. I thought so and unconciously raised my hand and wave her to stay away.
I glance at her but she was tearing. Whut?! are girls nowadays are this emotional?
"Haaaa.. If you connect it all, isnt that obvious?" I said to her, then her eyes became sparkle and her pupil turned to star, really? two-faced much?.
"So, what they say is all true!? that you're intimidating!?" with sparkling eyes, she said, as if her friend(Tree's) cry for help didnt happen. But those 'intimidating' word with 'sparkling eyes' isnt fit for your words, see? In the end, telling her I was the God Tree isnt hurt but—
"Are you going to spread I was that kind of tree?" I asks her.
"What for? Like what you said, None will believe me so it was a relief just to know you, and its my pleasure He he he" She said joyfully.
"Okay then" I said so, as I continue my business. But I cannot concentrate in the end.
"The hell is your problem?" I asks. I was curious. no? It was her who was curious, she's touching every part of my body like a pervert and knocking everwhere.
For God's sake!! Find some door will you?!
"I didnt find any kind of soft spot but only hard object. Like that of a tree." she said while contineously knocking every part of my body.
Feeling irritated, I gripped her face and stead her body to stand and said "Aren't I some kind of joke to you?" while her saying "amumumus", and "shuuuwii" voice which is 'Im sorry'.
"Please give me a favor! let me se your whole face!" She said reluctantly. Of course my helmet is made of my own wood too but I painted it with darkmetal color, just like some normal colored metal, I even design it to have a crack. Hoho~ arent I an artists?.
But with helmet or not its all the same. This Girl.
"Is this the first time you saw a walking tree?" I asks her in an oblivious question.
"Yup! Even when this world's first created, theres no such story a Tree that can walk on its own two feet!" She answered. I mean, this is not my real body to begin with. If my main body walks, pfffft, I was but a moving fortress.
What a wild imagination indeed, If that really happen, I became like that mythological walking turtle from my world or greater—.
