Ba-dump Ba-dump
"Hey! Wait up!!" squeals a little girl while running towards her brother. A car speeding up straight towards her going unnoticed.
'hmm? that's..me..and...brother?'
"Brother! Wait for me!!!" the girl calls out, oblivious to what was currently happening.
'No...Stop! Don't go there! Don't run!!'
"Hui Yin!! No!" the horrified boy screamed while running towards the little girl
'Brother stop!!'
BANG
Blood trickled on the streets, a body was torn in half in the most gruesome way possible.
"H..ui...Yi..n C.c..re..fu...I..love..yo."
...
3 years later.
Main House, Tauin City
"Chao-gege!!!!" Hui Yin woke up screaming, sweat trickled her forehead, tears ran down her face
"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry...I'm sorry!!Chao-ge..Mei-mei is sorry.." She trembled, curling her body like a ball
knock knock*
"Yin dear.. are you okay?"
"...."
"...did you have a bad dream again? dear, can daddy come in?"
"..y..yes"
"what's wrong?" Hui Han asks his daughter, worry flashing in his eyes
"Daddy...I dreamt of brother..daddy..(sobs*).. I..I..I killed brother!" Hui Yin grabs her hair pulling it as she bawls her eyes out.
"Baby no..that's not true"
"No! No!! I killed brother!! Daddy, I'm a murderer!!!" she scratches her arms to the point where red marks can be seen on her white skin
Hui Han frowns upon hearing his daughter, he stops her from harming herself further. Sitting on Hui Yin's bed, he scoops her into his arms hugging her tightly
"Yin, my dear... listen, you did not kill your brother. He died saving you. I don't blame you for it so don't think like that anymore okay?" he caresses her hair, tucking it in place and kissed her forehead. "Hui Chao is with mommy already alright? they're looking after you too. We all love you dearly, princess. Don't blame yourself anymore alright?" says her dad softly, rocking his body back and forth just as how a mom lulls a baby to sleep.
*sobs "no...daddy" she continues to cry.
"shhhhhh, dear it's okay...we'll be okay"
a few minutes after, Hui Yin fell asleep with puffy red eyes as her dad, Hui Han looks at her warmly. He pecks his daughter's forehead once again getting up from the bed, closing the door slowly as he gets out. He goes to his room and picks up the picture frame on his table caressing the woman in the photo
"Honey, what do I do? Take care of our son there... I love you" he sighs
Hui Yin's brother, Hui Chao, was 15 years old when he died. He had a dirty blonde hair, deep greenish blue eyes and straight black eyebrows. He loved to pamper yet at the same time tease his little sister but alas, time was not in their hands.
"Dr. Ming"
"is anything wrong Mr. Hui?"
"Dr. Ming, she doesn't seem to be getting better"
"....I'm sorry Mr. Hui, it is different for almost every patient. It will take time"
"how about the other matter?"
"based on the results Mr. Hui, she had really forgotten everything after the car crash"
"hmmm, would this have a possibility of coming back to her?"
"In due time, Mr. Hui...I can't say for sure when."
"..thank you, Dr. Ming. I'm sorry to have disturbed your night"
"It is no problem at all, Mr. Hui. young miss is a sweet child."
...
Dr. Ming Shaoze was an elite psychiatrist hired for Hui Yin's welfare. The poor girl had experienced such a tragic event at the young age of 5. Her brother died in front of her eyes.
Three years had passed and she still hadn't forgiven herself. It was driving her mad, and making her father worried.
The little girl had no problems during the day, she was lively and active but she suffers from episodes every night.
Ending the phone call, she sighed as she rested on her couch, reviewing Hui Yin's case files once again. There was another matter which the girl seemed to have completely erased from her mind. It was getting complicated...
