Chapter 6: The things she lost(3)
When she got back to her senses she didn't know how much time had passed but her body felt very weak.
Stella opened her eyes and saw the white ceiling of the room. Then she looked at her surroundings and realized that she was in hospital.
Suddenly the miserable scene of her father, lying in the pool of blood came across her mind. Stella screamed with all her might "Dad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dad!!!!!!!!! Please somebody help him! Please! I beg you! Please!".
As she screamed tears welled up in her eyes.
Some of the nurses rushed to her room. A nurse came close to her bed and said
"Miss! You are up", Stella was trying to get up and say something to her but before that the nurse again said "Miss you shouldn't try so hard. You should rest a little bit more. You were in coma for almost three years now and your body is very frail. Please don't exhaust yourself like this. I am going to call your mother."
Stella was shocked. Three years!!!how could it be three years!!! She was lying here for three years!! She didn't want to accept the truth. She didn't want to accept the harsh reality. She didn't want to accept that she lost three precious years of her teenage.
