Chapter 126: Drop of Luck

With an earmuff on, he harvested the mandrakes in a very carefree manner, but the same thing isn't the same inside the mansion. They were occupied on defending themselves so that they won't get dizzy and nauseous when they heard the mandrake's scream.

"What are you doing?" When George was done harvesting the mandrake's roots, he went inside the mansion and was pretty baffled by their actions. They covered their ears while hiding under the table, like what people do when there's an earthquake.

"Hey! What are you guys doing under the table?! Pfft~ by the way, I already was done harvesting it!" He burst into laughter while he nudged them with his arms.

"Oh? Already? That was very fast!" Little ginseng narrowed her eyes in shock. She thought that it would take a long time to chase a mandrake who was in runaway.

George smirked and said "Of course! It's because I'm the one who harvested it. Hahaha... Okay! Let's go to the lich tower! You will see a new friend!"

"Really?" She was intrigued by it.

"Of course! Let's go now!" He released his Suzuki APV that he haven't use for a long time and take them to a ride to the twilight lich's tower.

...

Roar!

The little dragon was playing tag with the enormous Jerry. They happily chased each other while waiting for George to come back to the lich tower.

And a few moments later, a car came out from the distance, making both of them curious and run to the car.

"Look! Here they are... That one is Jerry, while the dragon one is called Brat!" George pointed his finger at these two creatures to show them to little ginseng and Mu Yifei.

Mu Yifei narrowed her eyes when she heard that the gigantic rat is called Jerry. "Ah? That rat is called Jerry? THAT Jerry?! The battle god one?!"

George nodded. "Yep! I gave him a special kind of potions and make his body grow to such a state. Interesting, right?!"

Mu Yifei didn't know what to say. Who the heck uses their own pet like a guinea pig?! With a twitching mouth, he saw the young ender dragon who was flying to their directions and asked "Is it really a dragon? Why does this guy have wings? Isn't a dragon have eyes like a shrimp, antlers like a deer, a big mouth like a bull, a nose like a dog, whiskers like a catfish, a lion's mane, a long tail like a snake, scales like a fish, and claws like a hawk?" [1]

"Ah! It's a different kind of dragon! There's also a different kind of dragon on the western part of our world. And all of them is similar to this one guy!" He smiled.

Thinking that it was actually possible, she etched that to her mind. "Ah! So... We are actually just similar to a frog in a well! There's a lot of things that we couldn't possibly have known about." She thought to herself.

"Okay! Let's go inside the tower! Maybe little ginseng should play with these two? or do you want to see a boring lecture on how to create a potion?" He asked to little ginseng, as he thought that it was going to be very boring and suffocating for a little girl like her to just stare at him doing some witchery stuff while Mu Yifei helped him.

She then nodded and tried to chase the flying ender dragon while riding the battle god, Jerry.

"Okay... Now, let's start!" He then started to prepare the ingredients that he was needed to create a drop of luck that was needed to create the Redstone soup.

To create a drop of luck, you need to have a mandrake root, a stalk of nether warts, a tear of the goddesses, refined evil, and a mutandis extrimis.

The problems are the last three items, but they are a relatively easy thing to make. For the tear of the goddess? You only need to use the witches distillery. By distilling a breath of the goddess that you god from burning a birch wood saplings in the witches oven and a piece of lapis lazuli. These two items will create not just a tear of the goddess, but also a foul fume, a whiff of magic, and a slimeball.

For the mutandis extrimis? It's also very easy to make. You only need a stalk of a nether wart and a normal mutandis. By mixing these two items inside the witches cauldron, it will make this thing easily. Fortunately, he grabbed all of his mandrakes from his mansion's garden and he could access the exhale of the horned ones relatively easy, so it won't be much a problem.

And the most expensive one of them all is the refined evil because you need to use a freaking diamond to create them, but as he actually found some from the nether fortress, he didn't need to buy any diamonds and used them freely. "Woah! Fortunately, the guards from the Li's residence didn't really care about the diamonds, so I got all of them... It actually helped me a ton!"

The first thing to do to make this refined evil is to make an oil of vitriol by distilling the foul fume that he just got with quicklime. As he doesn't have any quicklime, he bought some and used it for making the oil of vitriol.

AND he used that oil of vitriol on the distillery again with one diamond to turn them into two vials of diamond vapors and one vial of an odor of purity.

But that's not it! He used the diamond vapor on the distillery again with a drop of ghast tear to create the final product that he needed.

By distilling a ghast tear with the diamond vapor, it creates an odor of purity, a foul fume, a whiff of magic, and the refined evil.

With this, he had all of the ingredients to create a drop of luck.
