Chapter 339: What Did You Take Just Now?

When Gu Mian woke up the next morning, her body was awfully sore. She fixed her eyes on the ceiling above her. She did not even dare to take a deep breath, because her body would feel even more painful. 

Tang Zui went crazy again last night. 

Tang Zui went out very early in the morning for the past few days.

After Gu Mian lay in bed for a while, she quickly sat up, opened the drawer of the nightstand and took out a bottle. She unscrewed the cap, poured out a pill and put it into her mouth right away. She swallowed it immediately without even drinking water.

The bitter taste spread from her tongue to her throat and eventually numbed her heart. Gu Mian turned and was about to put the bottle back into the drawer. When she raised her head, she spotted Tang Zui standing at the doorway and staring at her.
