It isn't Christian civilization, it's post-Christian civilization.
The modern Western civilization come into power and prospers by moving it's gods, it's religions to the background.
It was Christian religion that they managed to move aside to get a clear path to prosperity, right. But it wasn't an easy task. It took some bloody religious wars. Millions lost, ages spent.
You are still too much afraid of the power of religion to give the mass-education vict... clients an easy access to the christian memes, IMHO. And it does make a lot of sense too...

Well, whatever. The intellectual majority would win the day and rule whoever wins.
One side - won't see the problem at all. Other side would misunderstand and mistreat the problem.
The problem is, the Europeans demography wains. The Europeans are dying out. The replacement by migration is the consequence. It isn't exactly the time to be replaced by robots. https://proza.ru/2006/05/17...
The democracy most likely won't survive without European majority for long. Hence other consequences listed.
Whoever sees the consequences without spotting the roots of the problems may only propose some strange and harmful measures. From building some China Walls and Egyptian pyramids (spending the state's income for years ahead) to human sacrifices (concentration camps for children-hostages to start with).
Ufff... Just pray for your gods to open you eyes. Saves a lot of money and isn't that harmful too.
I am telling that while republicans are wasting all that money and efforts on the Netherlands style effort to stop the rising ocean and democrats are welcoming the incoming wildlife... the question, the really hard question is - just how would you manage to keep your continent the high enough ground and not let it follow the legendary Atlantis to the very bottom of the sea.
