Chapter 4: 4. learning something new
I went back to the tree and sat beside it quietly and saw stars above sparkling at me. And then after that with a sudden gust of wind I witnessed something far more amazing. Small glazing fire balls arising from the meadow.They were tiny fier flies surrounding me all around. I got up on my feet and started playing with them. I was so happy for a moment that I wanted to stay there forever. As the light broke at dawn I decided to return to the tree, and by casting the spell I did so.
No sooner did I return than I started to gather as many information as I could. After going through few of the scripts I unfolded some new secrets. A tree spirit could communicate with the environment; I could talk to animals, birds and insects and even can help them in certain ways.
It took quite a few months to learn the language, and I was really happy to overcome it. My first conversation was with two blue birds who just a recently built their nest on me. During our first conversation the couple were shocked but through these days I was able make new friends. They shared their stories with me of how far they had travelled to find a suitable place to settle and raise their young ones who are yet to be born. Many days have passed but their was no sign of that girl who used to come every weekend and prayed to me. To know whyshe had stopped coming I communicated with other animals and came to know that she was suffering from a grave illness. I can't do anything but to just show my gratitude to her in return. I took a leaf from the tree and blew it away sending my well wishes to her.
The day finally came when the eggs were ought to hatch and three chicks were born . The scene was pretty amusing to be witnessed with ones eyes. But the after the matches have been a problem too. The chicks never stop chipping, just during night time I can rest in peace.
Through these past months I have transformed into a human every night and wondered around. The winter is at its peak of the month this year.
Few scripts that I searched lead me to a shocking discovery. This tree is everlasting it had experienced many lives and exists in every dimension, and that it has witnessed every cause, it enlightened the truth of reality. This tree is said to be guarded by a invisible boundary, and it could extend if the tree spirit move further from its real limited boundary. There was another thing that in the upcoming age if the tree gets diminished then it is the responsibility of the tree spirit to find a protective place to drop the seed and restore the tree within three days. The script also stated that the soul spirit is the heart of the tree and if it is killed the world would be in grave danger..." The heart, I see, so I think it is talking about the blossom mark engraved on my chest". Well that is what I think.
The next morning was fascinating, the first pair of blossom I have beared. Two little baby pink coloured petals, and I will be soon be covered with them.
