Ryu originally first reincarnated in One Piece, an anime world. After ascending to a completely true god, he decided to slice a small portion of his soul and blew it in a random direction for his next adventure. When that soul grows to the completely true god, it will repeat the cycle, going to many different adventures!

Probably, depending on the world as Ryu's soul is at the level of a completely true god. The soul would own Ryu's memories and a portion of his original power. However, depending on the worlds, he may receive a different kind of benefit when he reincarnates in. Oh and the system that Ryu received will go with the soul, departing from the original's.
[Novel releases and chapter release speed?]
When I feel like it. If I have a idea in my mind, I'll probably write it in with Ryu being the main character. As for the chapter release speed, I will release them when I feel like it.
