Chapter 2: White Tiger Reborn
'What's going on? Wait a second where am I and why the hell am I making BABY NOISES?!' Shiron thought, confused and panicked
Currently Shiron is at the front door in a basket with a name tag at an orphanage in Queens as a cute little infant making the loudest baby noises in the century.
"Who in the world is making so much nois-Oh my sweet baby jesus, it's so... CUUUUTTE!!" Maria exclaimed the caretaker from orphanage
She picked up the name tag from the basket and it said:
"Shiron West." Maria read
"Well I guess I wouldn't mind having to take care of a little cutie like you in the orphanage." Maria said as she took Shiron and put him into one of the baby cribs.
18 years later
"Ron get up or you'll be late to school. I made breakfast for you, it's in the kitchen." Shiron's adoptive big sister Bel Saunders said
Hi, it's me Shiron West but everybody calls me Ron. Ever since the orphanage My life has been pretty normal. I'm 18 years old and my friend and now big sister/guardian Bel Saunders has adopted me as her little brother. Bel is 21 years old and is very smart but calls me Ron just like everyone else. She has dark skin, brown hair and blue eyes which makes me look somewhat identical to her minus the hair color. She has a job as one of the co-workers of the freaking Fantastic Four and now they live in their own apartment, so life is good. After reincarnation I realized that I didn't have any belongings other than baby clothes which didn't have any cosmic power equivalent to the Cosmic Cube. But I'm pretty sure I don't need the extra wish at the moment so I'll figure that out in the future.
I've actually grown up into a handsome young man with a slim and athletic build from all the exercise I've done as a kid. I've got shiny or glossy dark skin with a silver hue to it and spiky snow white hair and sky blue eyes (looks similar to Omoi from naruto). My height is 5'9" and my weight is 137 pounds which is astoundingly light for someone my size. Also for some weird reason my body almost never gets tired and is always ready to party but I think that happens because I'm the avatar of the White Tiger or it may be the early stage of my Xgene starting to awaken.
I found some changes to this marvel universe like how there are no records of Hector Ayala or Ava Ayala which means that there is no White Tiger in this universe. I also found out is that I live close to Peter Parker who is the same age as me and Jean Grey who also turned 18 recently. So naturally I became Peter's best friend back in middle school and became a close friend with Jean too. It turns out that she hasn't joined or attracted any attention from the Xmen yet because she has never had friend other than me to lose and unlock her Xgene's telepathic abilities. Short version is Jean Grey had a friend called Anna who she lost in a car accident (kinda like the one I had) which resulted in Jean awakening her Xgene's psychic powers. Anyway a bunch of future heroes are enrolled my high school called Midtown High like Cindy Moon, Sam Alexander, Kamala Khan, Amadeus Cho, Danny Rand, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones.
I also realized that Peter is much smarter than the average spiderman IQ and has more of a Tony Stark IQ. He stopped talking to MJ and Harry after they ignored him for the whole school year which was probably the right choice. Flash even stopped bullying Peter after he publicly shamed him for how dumb he was, but apologized after. Even though Peter is super smart he never decides to skip grades and pass highschool to start his own business because of his Aunt May but I'm going to change that and help him reach his infinite potential. Pete also has a major crush on Cindy Moon even though he doesn't show it. Today is the day our class goes on a trip to oscorp, which is also the day Peter gets his powers and takes his first step into becoming Spiderman. Little did I know that three other new heroes would be born today.
"Coming, just give me a second!" Shiron said worried that his sister would come to his room.
"Hurry up, Jean is waiting outside." Bel said as she makes breakfast.
'Hopefully she doesn't spot the terrible mess in my room.' Shiron thought praying to the one above all.
Even though I'm smart and stand out as equals with Peter Parker in brain compacity it turns out that I'm actually a party addict and tried to hide the fact from my sister that I had friends over and made a gigantic mess in my room. Maybe I like parties because the White Tiger likes festivals? Thankfully I'm is a pro at cleaning and can always hide the evidence. Even though I like to party I'm still pretty smart and just like Peter, thinks highschool is a waste of time but my sister says I should socialize.
After I eat breakfast I says bye to Bel and run out the front door towards Jean Grey.
To me, Jean Grey was the cutest girl in all of the marvel universe. She has a pale white with a golden hue skin complexion and ruby red hair with green eyes. Her height about 5'7". She has a slim and sexy model build to her body. And don't ask me how I know this but she has D cup size breast. Maybe I'm is just more attracted to her because of the Phoenix or she might just be super attractive but honestly it doesn't matter. I swear I will marry her no matter what!
"Hey Tiger, did you try to trick Bel into thinking that the loud music wasn't you partying last night again or does she already know." Jean said knowing about Shiron's antics.
"Naw, I'm pretty sure she already knows but I don't think that will ever stop me from having as much fun as I can." Shiron smirked
"Well after the school trip I'm not going home so do you want to come with me to the cafe?"Jean asked wondering if Shiron was free.
'Did Jean just ask me out? Holy $#!+, she did.' Shiron thought
"Sure, I've got nothing better to do than study for our exams so why not." Shiron said as they walk up to Peter and Cindy Moon.
"Hey Ron ready to explore one of the most scientific companies of the world?!" Peter asked too excited for his own good.
"Yep, but I doubt I'm as enthusiastic about it as you are." Shiron said as he pulls Peter aside.
"So, when are you gonna confess to Cindy? Shiron asked in a smug tone.
"When are you going to confess to Jean?" Peter countered
"Good point. The answer is I don't know but hopefully it will happen soon enough."Shiron answered
"Hey what're you guys talking about?" Cindy asked standing with a puzzled Jean.
"NOTHING!" Peter and Shiron answered simultaneously
In high school Jean and Cindy are both stated to be part of the top ten hottest girls in school. So having them around has definitely helped Peter and my hormones rage.
After that me, Jean, Peter and Cindy walked into the school bus and talked on their way to oscorp.
"Peter did you know we were going to oscorp as a school trip?" Cindy asked curious if Peter knew.
"Yep, since we both have an interest in science I thought you might like to explore oscorp with me." Peter said praying she would say yes.
"Sure, why not." Cindy said in a happy tone.
'Hell Yeah!!!' Peter thought
'Wow, that actually worked. Well done Pete. Well done.' Shiron thought as they got on the bus
We finally arrived at oscorp and while the class was touring the around the building Peter and Cindy split up from the group looked at some experiments when suddenly:
"Ow! My hand." Peter said with a pained look on his face.
On Peter's hand was a bite mark and a spider which had a strange godly and powerful aura coming from it.
"Ouch! it got me too." Cindy said with an annoyed look.
"Go away!" Peter and Cindy said as they both simultaneously smash the arachnid
As the spider dies a red and blue energy starts being absorbed by Peter and Cindy's body. Then they both collapse on the floor.
Afterward the trip is canceled but Jean and I volunteer to take Peter and Cindy home.
I call my sister to pick them up but I didn't realize that Kamala wasn't with the school group either.
"Hey sis, can you pick up Peter and Cindy at oscorp? They got really sick and they really need to get home." Shiron said worried that something bad might happen.
"Sure just give me five minutes and I'll be there." Bel said as she got in the car.
"Ok thanks" Shiron said a little more relieved
'I already knew that Cindy was going to get bit by the spider but I didn't think she would get bit at the same time as Peter. I also wonder what that red and blue energy was and why was the spider emitting such a powerful aura.' Shiron thought wondering if this was another change from his current universe.
A few more minutes later and Bel appeared in her sports car to take Peter and Cindy. So she left with saying bye to Shiron and Jean before driving of to drop Pete and Cindy home.
"So, since the school trip was canceled do you still want to go out to that cafe?" Shiron asked hoping she would say yes.
"Yeah let's go. I could go for some coffee." Jean said with a pleased look.
They walked towards the cafe and took a short cut through an alleyway, but then 5 thugs with knives surrounded them.
"Hey you! Give us all you money and valuables." the thug said as he points his knife at us
"C'mon guys we can talk about this peacefully." Shiron said knowing that's probably not going to happen
"No, we can't." the thug said as he goes in to attack Jean
"NOOO!" Shiron shouted as a burst of white energy envelops him.
Something inside me snapped as I started glowing with a blinding white energy in the shape of a white tiger and shot a gigantic white lightning blast at the thug that was about to attack Jean.
"Whoa!" Shiron said as he was filled to the brim with white energy and power.
'So this must be the power from my Xgene. It feels like I have all the energy and power in existence. Every cell in my body is at maximum power.' Shiron thought in amazement.
But as I was getting used to my own power another thug tried to attack me but was blown back by another force...Jean!
She was covered in golden aura of energy that looked like fire in the shape of a phoenix, as she uses her telekinetic powers to push all of the thugs back. She kept randomly blasting the thugs with a golden fire afterwards and one fire blast melted a car. Thankfully she has the aim of a stormtrooper and missed all of them. Wait she's not supposed to shoot fire, is she?
"Ron why am I on fire? What's happening to me, what's happening to us?!" Jean asked panicking at what happened.
"I have an idea but first let's go somewhere safe." Shiron said
Jean agreed, so they went to my apartment where we could talk about what in the world was happening to us but before we left I wiped any nearby cameras around and replaced it with footage of an empty alleyway. When we arrived, Bel was not home and at work on a business trip so we went in my room. On the outside side I was calm and collected but on the inside I was ecstatic with all the possibilities of my powers. Though Jean was freaking out like she just found the out the secret to life. Maybe it was because she was just on fire a few minutes ago, but who knows?
"Ok Ron you better tell me what the hell is going on here!" Jean shouted scared at what was going on.
"Well I think we're mutants. You know, like those people with superhuman abilities and it looks like we're special mutants because I have never seen or heard of anything like that ever happening to them before. Judging from your abilities it looks like you power is like an intense version of telekinesis and the ability to create and manipulate that golden fire but there could be more. My power looks like it gives me the ability to create and manipulate this white lightning and energy that has the properties of the purest form of electricity and power." Shiron explains in fascination
'It also looks like the white aura or energy, energies and enhances my body too. I also feel like I have complete control over my white lightning. Maybe I can convert my body into electricity and fly!' Shiron thought ecstatic with all the possibilities
"Why didn't you tell me that in the first place?" asked Jean
"Tell you what?" asked a puzzled Shiron
"About the white energy and what it does to your body." said Jean confused at what he meant.
"Wait you heard that?!"asked a surprised Shiron
"Yeah, why wouldn't I?" Jean asked still confused
"Because I was only thinking about it. Jean, I think you have telepathy." said Shiron in realization
"OMG! Does that mean I can read minds and learn everyone's deepest darkest secrets?"Jean asked in an excited manner
"Yes, but I don't think you should. I'm pretty sure that's a huge invasion of privacy." Shiron said scared of the possibility of Jean finding out about his thoughts and feelings for her.
"Yeah, I guess you're right but what do we do now. I'm pretty sure people won't be happy about the fact that we're mutants and I don't know if my parents will be okay with it either." Jean said worried of what her parents would think about her being a mutant
"For now let's keep this a secret and if you're up for it, become heroes." Shiron said with excitement
"Why?" Jean asked in a puzzled tone.
"Well as a kid I used to hear stories about these mythical beasts that would save and help those in need. They were like heroes in their world so I thought why not become those heroes ourselves." Shiron suggested
"Wow did know you had an interest in mythical beasts and heroes but it does sound pretty cool so why not. Let's become crime fighting heroes! And what should our names be? I don't want everyone knowing who I am when we beat up the bad guys." Jean said
"Since you have the ability to emit an aura of golden energy and fire your name can be Phoenix! And since I am able to create and manipulate this white lightning and energy then my name will be White Tiger!" Shiron answered

"Agent Romanoff, I need you to check out that huge energy spike pronto. We can't take any chances of having a world wide threat." Nick Fury ordered with urgency
"I'm on it Fury, I will not fail." Agent Romanoff answered in a determined manner

"Team, your mission is to find these powerful mutants before something bad happens. Scott your team leader as always and Emma your job is to telepathically find the mutants responsible for such a powerful energy spike. Whoever caused this is incredibly dangerous and should be handled with caution. Xmen you are dismissed." Charles Xavier explained

"We must find these powerful mutants and recruit them into the brotherhood were they truly belong!" Magneto preached to his fellow mutants
"YEEEEAAAAHHH!!!" the brotherhood of mutants screamed and praised

"Whoa! There is a gigantic energy signature coming from Queens. It's probably a malfunction. The energy has to be coming from the negative zone." Mr.Fantastic said

"Two of the four celestial beasts have been awakened and it seems that the White Tiger has finally chosen an avatar for the first time. It seem that my time to serve will come soon." a very ominous voice said
