It seems to me that trolling is a state of mind in a person who thinks that sarcasm, irony, evil jokes on the Internet is a meaningless joke. It's like PC players in a game that kill players to get loot from them.

It is hoped that the troll will understand that he is doing harm to man through his actions, this is stupid. They do not understand this. These are trolls, fabulous creatures, what to take from them?

But when it comes to regulating rules on the Internet, most begin to buzz that this will infringe on their right to freedom of speech.
