Chapter 4: Chapter 2: The Start
Somewhere in his mind, a woman was singing, a lullaby that so familiar to him. He wants to get up and recollect his memories, but his body is refusing to stand up. The familiar voice of a girl, that close enough to his mother. The girl suddenly touches his hair and brush it.
He feels so comfortable that he forget his objective. The girl suddenly stops singing and laughs for a short period. "My little child is so adorable" While saying this. He notices that only one that said it to him was his deceased mother. He has begun to force himself to wake up, but the girl touches his forehead. "My child has a bad dream" The girl suddenly sing, a lullaby. "Cruel and Cold, like the winds of the sea" While brushing his hair, "Will you ever return to me."
The girl suddenly has a shaking voice, "Hear my voice" He suddenly realised the song was. "Sing with the tide" It was her mother lullaby when he was crying at night when he was a child, he is forcing himself to wake up for a moment. "My love will never die" He wakes up, and there is a severe migraine suddenly attack that can lose consciousness. While he was suffering to a migraine, there was a girl that willing to help him. But when he was about to see what her face was his consciousness suddenly blank out. The girl leaves him a message to his head. " Sweet Dreams, little one."
While he was blank out because of the migraine, he suddenly hears a strange voice the sounds like a program that been decoding and encoding some data, In his dream, there was a massive ball of light suddenly appeared to the black abyss. He wants to reach it for some reason, and that was a mistake while reaching it, the ball of light suddenly engulf his body.
He was on panic for what to do, he wants to get rid of it, but it's no use. Suddenly the sound like the program speaks like a computer module. "Body checking complete" He was confused at the moment for what he will going to do and something suddenly pop-out out of nowhere. It was an agreement or contracted some sort. He reads the contract condition, and that was only two. First, you will submit your entire soul in this new world that you were stepping. Second, Complete the task that been given for the deadline have been reached.
He suddenly realised that there were two possibilities is happening right now. First, he was dead and being reincarnated right now. Second, A god mistake that he killed you. The last part of the contract was a choice to make. "Live or Not" He suddenly laugh because of this choice. "If this was the younger me I immediately choose not, am I right" He laughs like there is no tomorrow. The white glow in his body is still not fading out, and this program like the sound he hears even there. He thought if he chooses to live, then how did I been transported here? If he wants not, the question will not be answered.
Due to the curiosity, he chooses to live because of the question in his head. The program is suddenly saying some code-like system. "The requirements have been met. Choose your power wisely" The choice he has is only three powers and two given powers. He was thinking carefully because this is a new biome to fit in; he was a geek from the start, so he chooses the Web Surfing ability.
That specialised into Web searching, there are three characteristics of this power. First, Image to real, For example, If he uses the Web surfing ability and searches some swords. If he chooses to the image tab, he can pull out the swords that been present to the image. Second, Class giver or specialisation, That can give to an individual for specialising purposes. Third, Changing of traits/personality,
He can search some character to the Web surfing ability and replace it to the current nature of an individual. Next ability was The Eye of Everything, That can change his eye shape or colour to specific magic knowledge. And the last ability was Canvas/Photoshop, That can create an individual picture or art, but it was not an ordinary canvas because it can create something not existed to exist. This is the last ability that he wan to get. The previous two given ability was unexpected. He was confused because why did he have this ability and that ability was Title Giver and Inscription Giver/ Crest, Giver.
He was bewildered and asked the program instead, "Why did I have this ability? And am I to overpowered? The program suddenly speaks, "No, A God must become powerful" He was speechless because of what he heard, "Are you talking about me?" He needs to confirm it because he didn't want to accept the reality "Yes" The program bluntly said it was him that he was talking about.
He dodges the subject and asks the program instead, "Are you a living being? Or did you have a body some sort?" It's turned quiet, and the program suddenly responds, "That was classified" He wants to dig through, but it will be better not to. "The powers that you suggested are now fine, you will be landed somewhere in this world, and that has no territory,"
He asks the program about the territory because it's compelling to ask, "What are you talking about? The territory between the royalties?" It has gotten tranquil, and the program responds, "No, the territory I'm talking about is between you Gods" He realised them, there was a hierarchy between Gods. He was wondering if the program will tag along with him and what is the task that said in the contract, so he asks the application again. "What is my supposed task?"
The program has been interrupted again, "Your task is still none because you're still here in the abyss when you set foot in this world there will be a task pop out" The program return to his work, He wants to know if the program will be his long companion or guide maybe. " Are you coming along? With my journey?" It suddenly becomes quiet, and the program responds, "You're supposed to be body is done, and right now there is no crest that has been stabilised, What is the design of your crest? Can you draw it here, as a draft" There is a canvas board and there is a drawn body of a male here, he think carefully what the unique design is?
He grabs the pencil and creates a draft, While he was bringing the program was looking at his selection, and it was fascinated because of his art characteristic. "What is this design?" He was shocked because the program suddenly speaks, He responds what this design is, and he called it "The Abyss" The plan was confused, "Why Abyss" He smiles and finishing the draft then he responds "Because this is the first time, that I set afoot."
The program realised what he said, And he was continuing working, He gives the draft to the program with a smile, "Are you coming with me?" The plan was shocked because this is the first time that he asks like this, so he responds, "Is that your choice?" He was happy because there is a companion, and he replies, "Yes."
The program smile and continuing his work. "You're done, Just stand up to that magic circle" He was confused because why did he not coming along, "You?" The program was hurrying to his work and responded" stand their" He walks to the magic circle that he been a task to, the magic circle suddenly light up, and he looks at the program, he extends his arm, but it's too late. He wakes up to a particular forest, his body was like just the draft that he sees, checking his body and his verbal speaks, "Why didn't he come?" The voice was beautiful. Then there is some voice that he heard "Are you fine" He realises that was the program voice, He was overjoyed,
But the program suddenly speaks about what is the task and creation "You're a new God or an unknown God, you need to create some subordinate" He realises about the canvas that has an attribute to create, but it needs some materials to do it. "I have something in mind, but I don't have any materials" The program ask about the first ability " You have that image to the real right?" He realised it, but there is no fun if I do it "I'm going to use the materials that been used in here" The program suddenly realised what is he into "You don't want to be noticed by the other Gods don't you?" He was confused, but it will be better if we use this kind of method "Yes" The program was unusual because he knew the hierarchy and he chooses not to be noticed
"So? What are you going to do? There are no rare materials that were laying around here" He got the point, and that was the problem from the start. Before he speaks about the material, the program suggested to him was "Use the Eye of Everything instead" He realises it and use it for now, but still, he did not know the chant. "What is the chant for appraisal?"
The program explains to him the Magic molecules that been surrounding this forest, and the song was not needed, "You, just need to imagine it" Then he imagines some RPG appraisal, and it showed something incredibly, his eye colour was changed to aquamarine, and there is some mysterious symbol every material "What is this symbol?"
The program explained it to him what is this symbol, "There are about four symbols present. Serpent symbol, usually represent herbs and vegetables. Hawk claws symbol, represent Minerals and stones. Lotus symbol represents meat and corpse. The last symbol is Sun, represent Magical item or possess magic attribute" He was astonished to the appraisal because there are so many descriptions, like reading a book.
"How about pick that luminescence mushroom" He reads the description and what is the effect when it was eaten, but when he was reading it there were five crowns in the lower left "What is this crown?" The program explains the ranking system of the items that been shown. "The crown represent rarity of the materials that you had, you see that there are about three crowns, that was good material,
" He asks more about the ranking system and talks about the swords and arms, "How about swords? Is it still a crown?" The program explain it to him while he was picking some luminescence mushroom, "No, you're familiar about the ranking system of the adventurer right? The adventurer guild max rank was S rank, but when it comes to the weapon its different story, The ranking starts to F-S rank this rank of weapon is the basic but when it comes to S - XX rank is the weapon of Gods."
He notices that when he was still picking the luminescence mushroom, there is an effect and that was magical recovery. He was insisting what is he going to do with it? "You can consume it raw or use some water to investigate" He realises the intent to use it like a Mana recovery potion, but he is lazy to do that kind of thing, so he found river stream and wash it to the creek and consume it raw. He realised about the status, how can he use that? The program explains it to him how to use it and merely flick your finger. He flicks his fingers, and there was a statue show, but it's different to simple status.
