"Well, it's a beautiful warm day alright." I said, breaking the silence between Andrew and I.
"Yes, yes it is." He said as he started walking towards Ash, Atsushi, and Ann.
Like a good little kitty, I followed him. Ash and Atsushi were admiring the ocean. Ann went up to Andrew and whispered something to him. Whatever she said made Andrew tenses up. Not having the courage to ask if everything is okay, I walk up to my siblings. Ash was taking off her shoes, shirt, and jeans, humming calmly. Atsushi was sitting on the sand, looking around.
"You okay, elder sister?" Ash asked.
"Yes, I'm fine. Don't worry that much okay?" I answered with a loving smile.
Ash smiles back, "Okay, elder sister."
She then goes to Atsushi and convinces him to go to the water with her. Letting out a small sigh, I sit down and stare at my siblings. Atsushi had taken off his shoes and shirt, and is now walking towards the water with Ash following right next to him. I didn't notice when someone sat next to me.
"You Okay?" Andrew asked all of the sudden.
Getting a bit startled, I look at him and node. "Yes, I am. You?"
"Yeah! Of course I am!" He lied, faking a smile.
Acting as if I believed him, I smile back. "Okay."
Andrew looks towards the ocean, wearing a poker face. He was really good at acting, but not good enough to be able to hide his true feelings from me. I was somewhat able to sense it. If he were to mask it completely, I probably would have believed him.
"Tell me, what do you think of me." He said calmly.
"In what sense?"
"In any type of sense."
"Well.... I think you are a type that can be complicated at some point. When that happens, the person with you needs to be patient with you. Besides that, I can see that you can be a really fun person to be with. Also, you'd be there for someone when in times of distress. I, honestly, like your company. It makes me feel calm."
"Calm?"
"Yeah, calm. Safe. High spirits...."
"Interesting."
"Why is that?"
"Because, we just meet a couple days ago."
Being taken aback for what he said, I slightly start speaking coldly.
"Okay, maybe we did. But it doesn't mean someone cannot grow attach to someone else instantly!"
"I suppose that can be true with some people."
"Well then, I guess I am one of those "some.""
Andrew gives me a small smile before nodding slowly, "Just like your mother."
Hearing that, it left me dumbfounded for a few seconds. Noticing it, Andrew stood up and walked away. Coming back to my senses, I slightly growl angrily. How does he know my mother? Through Silver and Roxas? His parents? Or, did he meet them before? From what I know, he doesn't know my parents. Unless I was lied to and it was the opposite.
Going on my phone, I enter a website and sign up for classes based on acting. To complete the process, it took a few minutes. Once completed, I log out the website and put my phone to the side. I watch Ash and Atsushi playing in the water. They both looked like they were finally enjoying their 'teenage' life. Seeing this helped my anger disappear. A small smile formed across my face, and a warm feeling filled my heart.
Ash turns her attention towards my direction. She runs up to me with a small smile.
"Hey, sissy, why won't you join us?" She asked.
"Only if you insist."
"Well, I insist of you to join us!"
"Okay then." I said as I stood up.
"Oh!! Do you like my new swimsuit?" Ash asked.
I stare at her for a minute. She was wearing a cute pink swimsuit. I nodes small.
"I like it. You look very cute in it!"
"Thank you, elder sister!!" Ash said, smiling cheerfully.
I then take of my shoes, shirt, and jeans. The swimsuit was black and a bit catchy. Placing my clothes, phone, wallet, and house keys among our stuff, I give Ash a small node letting her know I was ready. Taking my hand, Ash drags me towards the water.
"Hey! Sasuko! Ash! Atsushi!" Someone called out.
My siblings and I turned our attention to this person. It turned out to be some of our close three friends--GoGo Black, the oldest sister, Tadashi Black, GoGo's younger twin brother, and Jack Black, the youngest sibling.
"Yo!" I answered as I waved.
They come up to us with a volleyball.
"I was wondering: how able we see who is better at volleyball? Girls or boys?" Tadashi said.
With a smile, I answer confidently, "Oh it is going to be us girls!"
Jack chuckles, "Let's see about that!"
We all walk into the water, a good distance from the sand. Ash, GoGo, and I stood a foot away from Tadashi, Jack, and Atsushi who were in front of us.
"Alright," Jack said as he threw the ball into the air.
"Game on!!" Tadashi shouted as he leaped and hit the ball towards us females.
