Chapter 7: New sights

Destiny and Theo finally made it to the park that looked almost abandoned for at least a decade. The dried up grass was grown out and everything was rusty or dingy looking. The park contained a basketball court, a soccer court, a volleyball court, and a baseball court. They all looked as if they seen better livelier days. There was only one tree in the middle of the courts and she decided that was the best choice from the scorching sun. She brought along a picnic basket and began setting up for the picnic. As she was unloading the food Theo said he did not eat food. "I know all too well what you eat. I packed this for me I haven't ate today I was too busy." Destiny stated. Theo looked like he got punched in the stomach. His fangs began to show and his eyes didn't glisten anymore but became cold. Destiny was sure he knew about Judy and her hanging out and she courageously thought she could calm him though. " Yeah Judy Sultans agreed to go shopping with me. I got her a new dress so she would be my friend but I won't bring her around when we are together because I know your families are rivals."Destiny exclaimed. She knew the werewolves and vampires were not only arch enemies they were rivals. Theo demaded, "So Gerald Sardell caught your eye more than myself. I wonder what I can do to change that." She watched him frantically licking his lips. She wondered how he knew about Gerald but before she had time to answer she was in his arms. She knew if they were seen she would be executed for treason against the council. Theo stated"I'm not afraid of the council. I'm afraid of loosing my wife to that wizard." As he stated that his lips were lost in hers and it was as if they were a mirror into her future and displayed all her pleasures and all her fears. And a new pleasure came to life being Theo Locket wife.
