Chapter 19: The Devil’s Strongest Skills

Alex asked was confused since he had no idea what Alt was talking about, but Alt unable to know this from other side of the wall continued on "This is quite hard for me too actually especially the controlling air pressure part, you know I have these 2 wonderful abilities called [PainTolerance] and [StressTolerance] if I didn't have either of these I probably would have died. Controlling the surrounding air by making small vibrations of the chains is really hard you know, I currently released the limitations and filters placed on my body to do this, my wounds hurt even tho I have pain tolerance level 9 and I probably would have gone crazy without stress tolerance, I really can't believe I used to think these skills were useless. Well now that I stopped all of you from leaving, time for your punishment." The chains surrounding the three of them suddenly grabbed the three of them, while 2 chains stabbed Jack through his chest. Jack started screaming as he flailed his arms around struggling, Alt started talking to him, "Ohhh sorry about that Jack it must hurt a lot since your sense of touch is working on over drive right now, I forgot to turn that off, did u get the passive pain tolerance skill tho? I got mine after I got my limbs melted off and my head caved in a couple times. Oh right, but you don't have the dove into insanity title so you only get 1/4 of the Exp I do..." As Jack kept screaming and struggling more and more blood poured from his wounds, after struggling for a while he went limp and quiet. Alex and Eugene were shaking in fear from being forced to listen to their friend die in such a horrific manner, Eugene started to plead for his life "A-Alt buddy y-you don't have to do this, c-can't we just talk this out? We really are sorry for what we did, can't you p-please have some mercy?" To which Alt answered as if disgusted "Uhg dear god, how about no?" Then a single chain stabbed into Eugene's body, Eugene was consumed by fear when he felt the chain slowly crawl inside of him, slowly wrapping itself around his organs, Eugene screamed "NO, NO, NO, NO, PLEASE NO, AHGGGG, NO PLEASE, AHHHHHHH" as the chain finished wrapping it self on most of his innards, the chain suddenly started writhing and twisting, Eugene died with blood pouring out of several orifices, and finally Alex was left all alone, with a warm liquid leaking from between his legs, unable to even utter a word. Then Alt said something he didn't think he would ever hear him say "Do you want me to release you?" Alex, hardly able to speak managed to kroak out "Y-Yes!" after Then the chains holding him up in the sky slowly dropped to the ground releasing him, as soon as his feet were on the ground, Alex started sprinting towards the dungeon's entrance before his foot got caught on something, and he tripped face first into the floor, when he looked at his feet a chain was wrapped onto his ankles, he heard Alt say "Wait, leave the wolves in your inventory on the ground before you go." He immediately did as Alt said then told Alt that he had finished, soon after the chain that was wrapped onto his ankles bashed against the three small boxes, smashing them open, soon after three wolves grew out from the wreckage back into their original sizes, growling at Alex. Alex tried to shoot his electricity at the wolves before they attacked him, but suddenly before he could use shoot his lightning, felt his ears ring and he suddenly felt very uncomfortable, his clothes felt foreign to him and he started feeling nauseous as he tasted something odd in his mouth, and suddenly everything around him smelt horrible, as he tried to stand up he failed and fell back down, soon after the wolves started attacking him, Alex tried to fight back by shooting electricity, but all he managed to shoot were small sparks, no where near enough to fight back against the wolves, the last thing he saw as he bleed out from the multiple bite wounds was the wall of chains disappearing, and Alt appearing from behind it, as Alt and Alex locked eyes Alex muttered out with his dying breath "You liar..." Alt meekly responded "I didn't kill you, I just stopped you from using your powers, there were no chain on your legs so if you had tried hard enough you might have been able to run away, in the first place the wolves are the ones that killed you... oh he's dead..."
