Chapter 5: How many deaths till you break?

As he was just standing there in a daze trying to dissociate from reality to escape from the situation he remembered the fact that the spider was eating a body that looked just like him he figured that each time he dies his body is left there and the spider eats his corpse to survive but as he visualized the situation he felt nauseous and felt like vomiting, although he couldn't vomit anything that didn't help with his nausea. As he was about to faint he heard a electronic voice again "Alt Frower has reached the necessary requirements and gained 2 skills [PainTolerance Lv1] and [StressTolerance Lv1] due to gaining skills Alt Frower has gained the command skills

[Open Inventory] and [Show Status]" at first he was happy to hear a voice thinking he was saved but then lost all hope once he heard the useless sounding skills he had gained although after gaining them it felt like his stress levels had gone down a bit. As he calmed down the remaining time left on the timer was 3min 23sec. Alt said "Show Status" then a message appeared before him it read

Name:Alt Frower

Race:Human

Ability:PreTutorial/Not set

Age:15

SkillsActive: None

SkillsPassive: [StressTolerance Lv1] [PainTolerance Lv1]

Titles: [A Fool Who Dove Into Insanity]

Equipment: [BasicRareMetalSword]

Bonuses: [X4 Exp Gain In Tolerance PassiveSkills]-From title [A Fool Who Dove Into Insanity]

As Alt saw his skills and titles he felt like ripping the screen in half of he could there was nothing that can help him in there and everything was useless, he tried to get a ability by yelling "Set ability Teleportation" and similar things to try to change his stats or gain a ability but apparently neither could be done until he cleared the tutorial. The same was for his inventory. When he chanted "Open Inventory" all he got was the message "You must clear the tutorial to use this function" he yelled "WHY THE F*CK WOULD YOU GIVE ME THE COMMAND IF I CAN'T EVEN USE IT RIGHT NOW? AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CLEAR THIS ST*PID TUTORIAL WITHOUT A ABILITY?" Which were both ignored once again. It seemed you needed to clear the tutorial in order to gain anything useful as he was about to yell about why the tutorial is so hard, he remembered that he was the one that mistakenly clicked on insanity difficulty. It was like his title stated "A Fool Who Dove Into Insanity" it was slightly making fun of him but he felt like it was accurate why would someone choose the insanity difficulty when they understand close to nothing about their situation? Only a fool will randomly click the hardest difficulty in a state where they had 0 information. Thus Alt screamed "I CAN'T DO THIS,IT'S TOO HARD LET ME CHANGE MY DIFFICULTY SETTINGS, I GIVE UP" to which a new message popped up reading "Because you have already seen the test's contents you may not change your difficulty at this time, if you wish to give up then you just have to give up your life please die to the boss or once again kill yourself until your remaining lives reach 0" as he was reading the message he screamed "JUMPING OFF A BUILDING ISN'T THE SAME AS BEING EATEN ALIVE BY A F*CKEN MONSTER YOU MORON" but unfortunately the voice ignored him again and while he tried bargaining with it again it kept sending him that he may not change the difficulty and the only why to give up the tutorial was to give up his life. As he was getting frustrated he screamed "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM ME" to which a response came in a electronic voice "Current Objective, Defeat The Boss" he remembered yes it had also told him right after he choose the difficulty to defeat the boss, as he breathed in he took a look at the timer which read 0min 37sec as fear set in his head again he remembered that when he let the timer run out on it's own last time the allowed time had shrunk by 5min down to 15min from the original 20min so he decided to wait until 3 seconds before the timer ran out and pressed [Ready] so that his precious time away from the monster wouldn't shrink any further.
