Chapter 5: Entangled Strings
After a little chit chat, both were standing facing Shivalik hills staring at the moutains which were appearing closer as if they were just across the lake.
The view was beautiful, starry night, cool breeze and two persons in love standing holding hands. The air on lake was fresh accompaying the quite night.
Under the starry night, cold breeze soothing her mind drifted Lily into the past memories. She was young and so was Sam. The media chasing the couple from one place to another. She was used to those silly repeated questions and never used to bother lifting her head and giving any interested face to the reporters was became her habit. The more they chased her the more she ignored those good for nothing paparazzi.
"How lucky they were" thought Lily to herself, smilling slightly. Even after a decade, the place seems same holding similar feeling. Non changing fresh air wandering over the water of that lake covering its natural view. As if time has seized though it was not.
It was the human race, who did everything for their selfish interest from making huts to live in to discovery of the modern technology and still in process.
She looked at her right, the man standing revealing his side profile. He was not that young 10 years ago yet she found him attractive and pleased to her hearr and mind.
They were no longer in their 20s though who said your mature self can't be funny and captivating! Standing next to each other, no one but only them was the trick played by fate to bring them together in this life timelike guitar strings entangled to be played together to give out the soul soothing sound.
It hard to get along with the one who is not just who lifts you mood but your heart. It is just many are called but few are chosen for the purpose they are destined.
