Chapter 33: Amusement Park

3 hours later, Henry finally finishes various formal matters about his graduation. After the graduation, Henry did not plan to continue his postgraduate in the university as Harvard has nothing left to teach him.

Henry intended to continue his postgraduate somewhere else as he realized knowledge is the foundation of everything. He has just realized it last night as he prepared for today's speech.

With his genius intelligence, it's a huge waste to just use it simply, especially since he has aspired to create something like the life serum. Without having mastered the required knowledge about biology, the human body and various related sciences. It's simply impossible to even produce it.

Henry confidently guarantees that technology has been developed in 2016. It will appear in advance due to his intervention. But, what he wants is not just simple 2016 technology as something like the life serum is still like a fantasy even in 2016.

To create something like that without a doubt would require mastering new knowledge. Who can research and develop this new knowledge? Henry already knows the answer which is him supported by his huge business empire and countless employees.

So while knowledge is important, it needs resources to support it. Actually, there are various projects and researches that have been terminated only because of the lack of resources. Even if you master the knowledge, you must bring it into reality. Without creating something out of it, the knowledge is just a virtual thing that can only be left for the future generation.

So, before he can start this road, his business empire must be first ready. He can just study various knowledge that is available at any given time before attempting to create the life serum he so desires. As for his postgraduate degree, he has already made a decision about it.

Now that his graduation was over, it was time for lunch. Henry has specially reserved an entire Michelin restaurant just for today. He invited all professors, senior management and some familiar student as maybe this is their last moment to gather like this.

After the lunch was over, everyone dispersed as they can see Henry still has something to do now that he has graduated. All people have left their contact with Henry in case he wants their help. So now, Henry pocket basically full of papers slips full of contact numbers.

Henry together with Susan drove to an amusement park to relax as lately he has become very busy. Now that he has a chance to relax, he immediately thought about the amusement park. He too already missed some quality time with Susan as he just can't find the perfect moment for it.

He already bought a VIP pass for the park so they would not be waiting in line to ride the various attractions. This is his first time going to an amusement park as even in his last life he has not yet been able to visit one.

He asks Susan to lead the way while pretending he was being generous today. He didn't want Susan to find out he never went to an amusement park before.

Susan was very happy as Henry asked her to lead the way. She felt that Henry got very generous today as usually she is just following him. Maybe, as this is his graduation celebration, he was being generous today.

The first ride they tried was the roller coaster. Even though he never has been able to try one before, he has already seen it in action multiple times. He thought it's nothing great as it is just some speeding vehicle on a track... So he confidently sits.

At first, the roller coaster slowly went uphill, so to Henry it was nothing much. But he quickly regretted thinking so when the roller coaster went downhill with great speed, his face turned pale from the sudden increase in speed so he instinctively held Susan's hand.

Susan's face showed a happy expression as she felt Henry grabbing her hand. She was screaming from the adrenaline that rushed within her, so she didn't know what was Henry's situation.

The roller coaster quickly ended and both of them got off from it. Henry's face was still pale, but it was slowly turning better, he then quickly composed himself as this was something shameful for him.

Susan is still oblivious to Henry's situation as she is very happy today. So she quickly got to another ride, the haunted mansion. Henry breathed a sigh of relief as it's just a haunted house. He already died once, so a haunted mansion with a fake ghost can't scare him.

10 minutes later, Henry emerged from the haunted mansion with an extremely pale face. Susan noticed something was wrong when she saw Henry's face.

"You are okay dear?" Susan asked worriedly.

"I'm ok, just that I'm thirsty, let's go buy some water." Henry waved his hand as he pulls Susan's hand to a nearby booth.

After drinking some cold water, Henry already feels better. He swears the ghosts were very realistic in that mansion, especially the one that was played by the staff. He quickly convinced himself that this is his first time to go to a haunted mansion, so this much is normal.

The both of them began try the various rides in the amusement park as it will close in 3 hours. After experiencing 2 rides before, Henry has already prepared himself so he can finally enjoy some of the rides.

Susan clung to Henry's arm with a happy expression. As both of them were very handsome and beautiful, they attracted many of the passing visitor's eyes as they were too eye-catching. Especially Henry with his super handsome face, gentleman temperament and the aura that he exudes making him stand out.

This made the eyes of each young girls shine like a star while they looked at Henry. But of course, seeing him already with Susan, their heart immediately broke as he already has a girlfriend. Susan too already discovered many probing girl's eyes, so she quickly clung herself to Henry's arm to show her dominance.

Henry just acted as normal as he understands what Susan thinks. So they quickly went to their last rides, the Ferris Wheel. As the time now approaching the amusement park's closing time, many visitors have already left so the Ferris Wheel was not crowded.

The majority that rides the Ferris Wheel is a couple like the both of them. As the Ferris Wheel is known for romantic rides. Henry and Susan got into their cabin and sitting face to face. The Ferris Wheel slowly began rotate as both of them kept staring into each other eyes.

The cabin atmosphere was so silent that they can hear each other breathe. Henry broke this silent atmosphere and said, "Are you happy today?"

Susan nodded while her face slowly reddens as she can felt Henry caressing her face. The Ferris Wheel slowly rotated until finally, Henry and Susan's cabin reaches the peak of height.

Henry saw Susan's face which was very red. He felt the atmosphere is at the peak now so he quickly kisses Susan's mouth. Coincidentally, that time was the moment of sunset, so the last ray of sunlight passed over them while they're kissing.
