Chapter 2: Devils run when a good man goes to war
Death moved onto his next task, War. Unlike Pestilence, War wouldn't try to get out of work by faking sick but... the man had a tendency to sleep in.
As Death walked towards the room of War, one could smell copper and a foul stench, you could swear you were walking onto a battlefield littered with corpses.
At the end of the corridor lied a ornate metal door with a lions door knocker. "This is gonna take some time." Thought Death. He grabbed the handle and knocked. The metal handle hit the door with a resounding BANG! Moments later shuffling was heard on the other side before the door creaked open.
Before Him stood a man of average height with a slim muscular build. He had on glasses and slicked back black hair with orange-Red tips.
"Why are you disturbing me so early brother...and how did you avoid the traps i set just to prevent this very thing from happening" War announced politely.
" War you did not set traps in this house" Death voiced sternly, honestly were they sure he was the youngest? He slowly narrowed his eyes at his elder.
War dropped all eye contact and looked around and replied with a hint of uneasiness "yes... i did not set any traps in this house mhm ah but have you seen any sharp deadly swinging axes?" Deaths eyes widened in surprise "War are you trying to murder us?
"Not murder , maybe slightly Maim" replied the elder
"War stop your shit and go get in the car" Lamented Death , honestly what was wrong with his brothers?
"Well you know what they say brother" War grabbed his bag and closed the door "all's fair in love and war" he started walking ahead of Death chuckling at his horrible horrible joke
"Honesty" thought Death "This day will be hell"
