Kitty takes Luke to the middle of the lake and pulls up his sleeve. She dips her hand in the water and traces a rune on his arm. "From me to you, you will now be in charge of the water fairies as decreed by Adele of the water fairies." Kitty traced the spot once more and as she transferred to the blue rune the purple rune took over that spot on her arm. She was about to fall over. 

Ketan walked out on the water and caught her. "Stupid." He laid her down and pushed her arm under the water. 

Luke watched and rushed to the two. "Will Mother be okay?" 

"Yes, this is normal in this process. Next time if I am not there just make sure that the body part that transfers the rune is submerged in the water for a few minutes." Ketan waited before lifting Kitty over to Leo. "Here you are. She is exhausted, I will take you two back to the house after I go and let them know that she fell asleep." Ketan walked away.
