Chapter 13: The Shameless God Prank
Jo just let them go. He didn't intent to bring Alvida to his side in short time. He intended to bring Alvida when she failed to catch Luffy. For example, Luffy has the conqueror haki because he wanted to be the pirate king. As for Zoro, he didn't have it because he was under Luffy command.
