Chapter 5: Reincarnation & Second Spirit Essence
"We've thought it though, please Yu go through with the process. We want to try it." (Snow)
"Mmm understood, this wont take to long, but just a heads up. Ill be getting serious so prepare your hearts ladies."
The girls didn't quite understand what he meant at first but it wasn't long before they were made aware. When LeiYu said the process would be easy for him earlier, honestly they didn't believe something so unreal to either of them could be 'easy' but now…now they understood. They realized that in the eyes of a God, they and their concerns were nothing.
LeiYu activated his Spirit Eyes, bringing his third eye into the light for a 3rd time today alone. Aura's of purple, blue, silver and gold spread throughout the surroundings, causing the girls to fall under a trance. Neither noticed Ice Emperor start glowing brightly before turning into a golden egg like spirit beast fetus. The egg then moved in front of Snow before dissolving into a green jade emerald colored liquid and entering into Snow's chest.
After some time the liquid began to leave Snow's body, there was less of it, however, mixed in with the green was a small amount of a beautiful sapphire color liquid. If one was to look at Snow's body at this moment they would notice a faint outline of a scorpion tattoo forming. The tip of the tail located at where her heart would be, the tail headed down the center of her stomach before splitting into two and wrapping around her waste like a belt, the tail reform at her tailbone before forming into the body of a scorpion heading up her back. The head of the scorpion was in the center of her back, while the two pincers continued up to her shoulder blades before facing inwards and connecting together just below her neck.
Instead of diminishing her beauty it managed to enhance it, adding a unique quality to her, of course she can hid it if she ever wished. On her hand a spirit mark was visible, it took the form or a women incased in ice, the women appeared holy, this mark symbolized her Heavenly Snow Women spirit essence, the scorpion tattoo being her new essence the Ice Scorpion Emperor spirit essence.
As for the remaining liquid it soon formed into a small girl. The girl was similarly around the age of 6-7 and look similar to a younger version of Ice Emperor's spirit form. Long green hair tied in twin tails, beautiful golden eyes that seemed to exude a shy, playfulness feeling. She wore a white with green accented blouse, highlighted by a green ribbon on her collar, in the center of the ribbon sat a golden gem.
Finishing off her outfit was a green skirt, and black knee shocks and garter belt combo. At first impression one would think she was a haughty yet cute and playful princess. On her one of her hands was a spirit mark that took the shape of a scorpion encased in ice symbolling her Ice Scorpion Emperor essence, on her other hand was a spirit mark that similar to Snow's took the shape of a holy women encased in ice. The plan was undoubtable a success.
It wasn't long before the two girls regained conciseness and they were able to instantly feel the difference in their bodies, as well as the unique connection they now shared. Their friendship before was already deep, but now its as if their like sisters. Able to feel what the other was thinking, its only in battle though that this connection will truly shine.
"Alright Snowy, Icy, its about time we head out. From now on the two of you are humans so you will need to be carful when we enter human territory as Spirit Douluo and above will still be able to see through you. Well with me around even if they do see through you, I can protect the two of you so just be carful if I'm not around, okay?"
"I..Icy?? You don't have permission to call me that! Only Snowy can call me that!!" (Icy)
"Hehe come on Icy, be kind to Yu. After all he did just do you a huge favor…both of us owe him a lot you know." (Snowy)
She said as she looked suggestively at LeiYu, as if saying 'make sure you take responsibility'.
"Uwuuuuu…fine I guess ill give you the honor of calling me that name…b...but just because Snowy said too.." (Icy)
'So this is what a tsundere is like? Never thought I would get to see one in person…its rather entertaining.' LeiYu thought to himself as he gave the mental command to Niao to enlarge enough for 3 people to fit comfortable.
"Alright then Snowy, Icy time for us to get going to our next objective."
LeiYu once again princess carried Snowy onto Niao's back ignoring her blushing face, before hoping down and doing the same for Icy, just this one rather then a bashful maiden looked more like a shy child throwing a tantrum…ignoring her kicking and yelling insults the trio finally set off heading south west.

Absolute North,
After flying for a few minutes LeiYu found their last objective in the Absolute North territory.
Landing within an canyon flanked by hills of ice and snow. LeiYu climbed down from Niao's back leaving the two girls behind looking at him confused, they were wondering what he was going to do this time.
Not disappointing the two, soon an Ice Scorpion burrowed its way out of the snow. LeiYu walked up to it and placed his hand on its head. The two girls could tell that the Scorpion was at least 100,000 years old and they began to have an idea as to what LeiYu was going to do.
"Wait! If we are here for my spirit ring, does it have to be one of my own? I know I'm a human now and all but I still don't feel comfortable when it comes to killing my own people!" (Icy)
"Huh? Who said you needed to kill it? This is a 209,000 year old Ice Scorpion that is on its last legs, it regrets not taking the chance to reincarnate when it could and now it will be dying any day now. I've made a deal with it that ill give it a chance to reincarnate if it becomes your spirit ring willingly. It agreed because it trusts you and wants to assist you, it's former queen. You don't need to kill it, but if you decline its offer now, even though ill still reincarnate it as that's what I've promised. It wont feel good being rejected when its offered to sacrifice itself you know?"
"Okay I understand…ill accept, just make sure to help it…" (Icy)
"Of course, you wont feel any pain or spirit backlash because its giving its ring willingly and I'm here to guide the process. After you start the absorption process we will resume our journey."
Deciding to trust him, who has so far done nothing but help her Icy relaxed her body. Once the Ice Scorpion released its ring to her she began to absorb it into her Heavenly Snow Women spirit essence as her first ring.
On the other side, after the Ice Scorpion released its 200,000 year old spirit ring, it died. LeiYu began fulfilling his side of the deal capturing the Ice Scorpions soul and reincarnating it. He didn't use the spirit fetus method but rather reincarnated it directly into a human fetus within its mothers womb. This way its able to experience what a family is like.
LeiYu didn't tell the girls that he looked into its memories just after seeing it, to make sure he grants its wish in exchange for giving up its ring. What he saw reminded him a lot of his old like. The Ice Scorpion was always alone, fighting for its life, no one to rely one and care for it. It was lonely, he knew its pain, yet he counted himself lucky that his loneliness only lasted a couple dozen years. He couldn't imagine what 200,000 years of being alone was like. So he decided to try to help it as best he could, like the Watcher who reincarnated him, did for him.
