Chapter 8: 8
"What have I done? What to do?" Mae keeps on mumbling to herself. Yes, she hates this daughter of hers because she is the reason why her husband left her. of course that's what she believes even though she does not have proof at all.
While she is nervously walking back and forth while talking to herself, Ken and a maid approached her. But to their surprise, they saw Aline laying on the floor with blood flowing from her head. After how many minutes passed, Ken regain her senses and tried to think of what to do.
" mom, what happened?" Ken asked to their mother, then he said to the maid "call an ambulance ,now!" Ken is already in panick. He doesn't know what to do with the situation. His mother is still mumbling to herself, then she said to Ken " Ken, son what should we do? Is she dead? What to do? I don't want to be imprison." while she is saying those words to Ken, they heard the siren of the ambulance.
The nurses take care of Aline then placed her to the stretcher. Ken came along with the ambulance when they are already bringing Aline to the hospital.
Upon reaching the hospital, she was sent to the emergency room while her brother is waiting outside the room. It takes the doctor two hours inside the ER before they finally come out.
Inside the ER, the doctor is trying to revive Aline. Due to severe blood loss, Aline's life is in danger. Her pulse weakens and her brain has a hemorrhage. Adding to her condition they can't just do a surgery because her body is too weak and she has complications.
Inside the ER, the medical team is in chaos. They are trying their best to save her from dying.
