Chapter 1: Prologue
(500 Years Ago)
That year was hectic, a very powerful king of a very powerful kingdom wished for peace, he only defended his territory while letting other kingdoms fight for superiority while he just kept his people happy
That kingdom was powerful...no, it was terrifyingly powerful...the king was an incredible leader as well, it was said that even if he kept defending no other kingdom can take over the Kingdom
But with powers comes corruption, their general who was a very powerful warrior had the wild ambition of ruling the world...So he fared with other kingdoms to destroy the kingdom
But to do that they needed to defeat that almighty king...the warrior who seemed impossible to be defeated
The general poisoned the royal family, the queen the princess, the prince, and the king died that day and the Kingdom got plundered from other kingdoms

But they didn't know the monster they unleashed that day, the general had wild ambitions he created an army of his own, he butchered, he murdered innocents, the general was incredibly powerful as well, he brought chaos to the entire world it was impossible to defeat him
People die on daily basis, even if they manage to live it was worse than hell itself...There were no Kingdoms now only 1 ruler and the ruler was that General

People begged and begged for years...and after 20 years of hell, one traveler heard their prayers
He was a sage name Merlin Azbikaranath
He started an academy, a hidden school to train warriors for defeating the general and his army
That school name was RAVENWOOD ACADEMY
Another 10 years, Ravenwood Academy defeated the general and his devilish army
Merlin became the new ruler of the world

Over 50 years of the time period, Merlin and Ravenwood Academy did many things for people, they brought Democracy and made the laws created medical facilities
RAVENWOOD ACADEMY...Became the Holy place to train warriors where only geniuses go

(300 years Later) (200 years ago)
Ravenwood academy two lovebirds and the Academy mightiest warriors of their time Shadowscythe and Soluna decided to marry each other...
But others did not want it...Human greed is something the couple deep in love never experienced
Shadowscythe was framed...He, in the rage of losing everything, decided to destroy everything, including his home RAVENWOOD ACADEMY and the love of his life Soluna...
Others finally regretted what they did, they unleashed a monster, someone who is hell-bent to destroy them
Soluna and Shadowscythe fought one tried to protect her home, her people and one tried to destroy everything...
In the end, Soluna defeated Shadowscythe and his army retreated, she didn't understand that he was only faking it, once she let her guard down she will die...
But she merely smiled looking at him and eventually came near him and hugged him tightly lying on the ground-hugging him tightly she killed herself...
Finally finding the love he once lost he killed himself as well...both lying on the floor of a war zone in each other embrace, tightly holding each other...for once after so long both of them had a peaceful smile on their faces

(20 years Later) (180 years ago)
A Sole child/ survivor of that war grew up, he created a city in the name of the memory of his hero Soluna City was the name of that city...and he even Reopened the academy but instead gave it a name of G.E.A.R.S Academy
And this time the academy didn't just teach warrior, they taught everyone who had the capability whether it's being the ability to be a scholar, marksman, farmer, strategy, medical they teach any and everyone who had the potential and they even provide them work after completing the academy
The company only has one rule and Logo and if anyone cannot do what's written in it can go and quit because they will be kicked out later anyway...and the logo/Rule was
"The Only way to skin discover the limit of what is possible is by going beyond them to the impossible"
If the students or the teachers are not capable of going to impossible, they can quit

Over the years the boy and the G.E.A.R.S academy did many things, they invented a core and a thing called Mecha
In today's time everyone has a mecha, the better the mecha you have the better the status you have
It even helps to fight and repelling the Shadowscythe army that is hell bound to destroy the world in the name of their leader
They never understood the pain and the real reason their Leader died, he was a hero who died for his love
The boy ruled the academy as it's headmaster for 80 years before retiring, during his lifetime he protected and evolved Soluna city, he is the real hero and the first master of G.E.A.R.S academy, and what's more important the boy was a sage himself...But what's more interesting is the boy's name
'Merlin Azbikaranath', was the boy's name...It was like after hearing the prayers of people, Merlin once again come to this earth and protect the people

Warlick was the current and the second headmaster of G.E.A.R.S University, he in his career as the headmaster of the most prestigious University; further evolved Mecha, He even evolved the academy to teach the young pilot's into how to drive mecha
Due to his contributions for over 70 years the planet made the alliances with other planets, the ships using the same technology as the mecha were designed, nowadays fighting is done through mecha...and mecha pilots are known as Soldiers
Government seeing the popularity of Mecha put most of their budget into mecha development... Nowadays nearly every job requires mecha training, only through certified badge that you graduated from G.E.A.R.S University, you can find a proper job...

A 10-year old boy was excited to read the letter, his eyes were shining and he was shaking and reading it word to word

Term begins on 1st September. We await your owl no later then 31st July.
