Chapter 41: Open audition
Just before I entered the building I stopped. Wondering is this what I want to do?
Shaking my head and releasing negative thoughts I walked forward.
It's just an open audition. I'm not for sure going to end up getting into this company. I have nothing to be worried about.
This building seemed to be similar to an abandoned warehouse. It was completely done and had hard wood floors that were squeaky clean. But it was very plain. Just thousands of chairs for people to sit on and a door to head into where they were taking the actresses.
Despite the layout of the place it seemed similar to a battlefield.
Some girls were singing in the corner. Others acting out complete plays right in front of the door. Some crying. For what? I'm not exactly sure.... I thought they were just looking for actresses but what ever helps the resumé.
Ignoring what was happening in the hall. I looked around to figure out where exactly I was suppose to go to check in or anything. But then from the side of my eye I saw some girl glaring at me and sizing me up.
Open auditions are really different...

I sat down in the far left corner and waited for my number to be called.
Staff member: "Numbers 1000-1010 please come."
I got up and headed towards the door.
The room that we were put in looked similar to a dance practice room. Mirrors were covering all the walls and the hard wood floors were shining. This room was very large though. It had to be bigger than even Liu Wei's office.
I was 1008 and happened to be standing right in the middle of two of the girls who were glaring at me earlier.
What fun :).
