Chapter 2: Was Peaceful *Roxanne*
I saw a house that had been arranged for our arrival. My hair was black and my eyes we're blue. I began to to see if my arm was functional and it was. I hit my arm to be sure it was real and it was. My mother showed me to a room with an 'R' on the door. I opened the door and saw what I had in Hell, just it was more humane. There were horror and romance novels on shelves, black and red bed, tulips by the windows, and teddy bears on the hammock. There was a note on the bed, so I picked it up.
'Roxy, I was able to make this room like yours and give you a few presents you had in the old room, hence the teddy bears. I hope I'll be able to see you again soon.

I heard a scream and ran out of the house. I saw a girl, she looked like a middle schooler. She was beginning to sob as she sat on the ground. I saw a cut on her leg and I examined it as a boy that looked around my age walked over.
"I'm sorry, but who are you? " the boy asked.
"My name is Roxanne. I heard the girl scream, so I came out to see what was wrong. "
"And I'm grateful. My sister is a klutz, so she normally gets into trouble like this. My name is Mason and this is Collie."
"Are you new around here? I don't think I've seen you before. " the girl said.
"Yeah, I just moved into this house. " I pointed behind me.
"Mason, can we have her family over for dinner? "
"We have to ask mom and dad. And she has to ask her parents. "
"Well, it's been a pleasure to meet you, but my parents are probably wondering where I am. I'll ask them about the dinner, but we still need to get settled in. " I got up and waved goodbye. As I walked away, I could've sworn that Mason was staring at me.
