Chapter 34: "How's Xuiye now?"
Shen City was a small city, so everyone had heard about that incident and all the parents had warned their children not to misbehave with Lee Xuiye.
After a few days when Lee Xuiye recovered, Mo Lingtan took her to that park again. When the children saw her, they apologized to her for their misbehavior and became friends with her.
Even Lu Yichen became her friend and promised to protect her like Mo Lingtan. In fact, he liked Lee Xuiye, but in Lee Xuiye's heart, no one could��� replace Mo Lingtan's place.
Like all other children, Little Bean also apologized to Lee Xuiye but she still disliked Lee Xuiye. Because of Lee Xuiye, Little Bean's parents had reprimanded her, who was always doting on her.
Two weeks happily passed by now Mo Lingtan and Mo Xingjuan had to go back to City B because their school was going to begin.
When Lee Xuiye heard that Mo Lingtan and Mo Xingjuan were going back to City B, she became upset. Even though all the other children were playing with her, still, Mo Lingtan and Mo Xingjuan were the best.
Afterward, Mo Lingtan promised her that he would come back in his next holidays and would call her whenever he would be free.
Lee Xuiye couldn't do anything, so she reluctantly agreed with him and went to the airport with Lee Chang-You to see them off.
After Mo Lingtan and Mo Xingjuan left, Lee Xuiye played with other children, however, she used to get tired very easily. Some children thought that she�� was deliberately doing this and they started to dislike her. However, they didn't say that in front of her, because their parents told them not to upset her.
Lee Chang-You felt it was unusual, so she took Lee Xuiye to the hospital for a check-up. It was only then that the doctor told her that Lee Xuiye had a hole in her heart and she needed to get surgery, ,her health would deteriorate and she wouldn't be able to survive for a long time.
At that time, Lee Chang-You's hope to save Lee Xuiye was Wang Hui. She thought that whatever be their relationship, at least Wang Hui would save his flesh and blood, but she was wrong.
Luckily, Wang Hong Wei (Elder Wang) came in time and saved Lee Xuiye.
During this time, Mo Lingtan tried to contact Lee Xuiye, but he was not able to.…

One day, he accompanied his mother to Heart Care Hospital to see his mother's friend. Maybe, God had seen his efforts, so he let Mo Lingtan meet Lee Xuiye.
Mo Lingtan saw that Lee Xuiye was weakly sleeping in the arms of Lee Chang-You, while they were waiting outside with other patients for their turn. Lee Xuiye looked pale and thinner than before. Mo Lingtan's heart ached for her. She was only 6 and she had to suffer so much.
Mo Lingtan immediately went towards Lee Chang-You "Aunty…"
Lee Chang-You was shocked to see Mo Lingtan and immediately asked, "Lingtan, what are you doing here? Are you hurt somewhere?"
"No… I am fine. I came here with my mother, her friend is admitted here. How's Xuiye now?"
Lee Chang-You was startled as it seemed like he already knew about Lee Xuiye, but she knew that she didn't tell him then how?
"Don't worry, she is fine now. However, she is still weak. How do you know about Xuiye, though?"

After Lee Xuiye woke up and saw Mo Lingtan in front of her, she became very happy. Afterward, Lee Chang-You and Lee Xuiye shifted to City B, so Mo Lingtan called Lee Xuiye daily to check on her health , and on weekends, they spent time together.
Even Mo Xingjuan joined them most of the time and they had an awesome time together.
