Everyone is saying that the last portion of this chapter is unrealistic but I wrote it based off of my mother’s experience when she woke up during surgery and had to lay still for over an hour to not disturb the doctors. She didn’t even scream once through the pain.

Everyone’s situation is different. I believe that a mother who is desperate to save her children can have the will power to do anything. Thank you for reading and understanding.
