Chapter 4: They found out
Tyler was in the kitchen all alone and his phone battery was about to die so Tyler used his electricity power to charge his phone as he was doing that Skyler came into the room and saw him. She ran out of the room screaming taught it was for something else so he didn't care. Skyler went upstairs and told Denis and Jenny what she saw.
They went down to the kitchen and saw Tyler. Tyler was speechless. He couldn't lie since they saw him eye to eye.
Jenny picked up her phone and called the Entomi hotline. They answered and she told them about Tyler then a group of Entomi workers came to get him. The moment Tyler found out that Entomi workers were coming for him he ran out of the house and onto the road but he wasn't fast enough they caught him and put him in a van.
They they sprayed something on his face that knocked him out.
When Tyler woke up he saw himself behind bars but this bars weren't normal were glowing and whenever Tyler touched him it always shocked him and Tyler noticed something like a bracelet that was on his leg. Tyler tried to browse the internet with his brain but when he tried he got very weak and found out that whenever he used his powers the bracelet would absorb it.
Tyler sat on his bed waiting for something to happen. While he sat there he became very hungry. He asked one of the workers when they would give him something to eat. At first the worker told him to shut but Tyler kept in asking and the guy said that they would soon be called out to eat.
When it was time to eat everyone was sent to the dining hall where they were saved. Tyler sat on his table thinking of what was happening on the island then one boy came and asked what his powers were and Tyler said electricity. Tyler asked the boy for his name and he said Leo. Tyler knew that that was the beginning of a new friendship.
Tyler asked Leo for his power and he said that he had super strength, magnetic powers and iron powers . Tyler asked Leo about what happens to the prisoners there. Leo said that it was horrible that they would take them to a room and start running test on them. Leo also said that they would force them to fight to the death. Tyler asked Leo if he had killed anybody and Leo said that he didn't want to talk about it. Tyler also asked Leo what the bracelet on their leg was called.
"It's called a Maxite." said Leo.
When it was time for them to go back to their cells. Tyler didn't want to go back so he hid in the toilet until everyone had left. While he was in the toilet he realized that the Maxite on his leg was electric and he knew that if he poured some water on it it would stop working. He put his leg in the sink and turned on the water. The Maxite shocked him and it stopped working. Tyler tried to open the door but as he touched the touched the door knob it melted off. He then remembered what Mr Marcus said about him unlocking new superpowers. Tyler he used his new heat power to melt the iron door then he ran out of the toilet. He wanted to escape from the building so he just kept on running. As he was running he the security camera saw him and it set of an alarm then the building was on total lockdown. Mrs Augustine walked into the place Tyler was.
"What are you doing here?"asked Augustine.
Tyler didn't answer her. He tried to used electricity to shock her but she dodged the electricity and brought out her tranquilizer gun and shot Tyler with it. He became incapacitated. He fell on the floor and couldn't move then his eyes closed. They took him to a different room and this room had security cameras in it that monitored Tyler's every movement(while he was in the room).
Tyler woke up and found himself in a room and this time there was nothing on his leg. Tyler tried to melt the iron bar but he couldn't. Then he found out that he couldn't use his powers in the room. He went to sit down on his bed then an idea popped into his head. Tyler called one of the guards and pretended to be hungry the guard went to get food for him but the moment he opened the door to drop the food Tyler ran at him and kicked him in the stomach and the guard flew back and hit his head on a bar then fainted. One of the security camera caught him and the alarms went off again.
That was when Tyler found out that he had the power of fire. He threw fireballs at the guards who chased him. He continued running and while he ran he saw a familiar face. It was the guy who he blamed for touching the machine. He melted the iron bar and brought the guy out. They started running and that was when Tyler remembered Leo and knew that he had to rescue him. Tyler asked the guy for his name while they were running and the guy said that his name was Max.
Tyler and Max were okay but the only problem now was finding Leo's cell. Tyler told Max not to follow him because it was going to be dangerous. Max told Tyler that he wants to follow. At first Tyler didn't agree because he knew it was going to be dangerous but Max began to beg and Tyler didn't agree. Max continued begging. When the begging became annoying Tyler agreed to stop it. They ran to the place where all the prisoners were kept.
They were guards there so that was a big problem. Max distracted the guards while Tyler looked for Leo. Tyler found Leo and then melted the bars then they both ran out of there. Tyler melted the Maxite on his leg and they went to rescue Max.
On the way out they saw max hiding behind a wall. Tyler asked Max where the guards were and he said that they(the guards) were looking for him.
The building alarms were still ringing but it later stopped. The guards were looking for Tyler so he suggested they go back to Leo's cell. When they went back to Leo's cell Leo rose up his bed and Max went under it then Tyler hid in the toilet in Leo's cell. Then when everything was okay Leo used his iron powers to make new iron bars and he replaced it with the melted ones.
