Chapter 49: Trust

The unlicensed car conveying the unconscious body of Yang Lin drove through the gated compound belonging to the President of Zhang Corporation under a fake name, this was one of the unlisted properties that Zhang Tianyu owned, the enormous one story traditional building of wood, boasting lush greenery and well thought architecture. Some distance away from the entrance into the house was a wide table and a chair of sturdy brown wood of the highest quality, on it sat Zhang Tianyu drinking from delicate white porcelain cup with a kettle from the same set holding in them tea from the finest tea leaf.

When he saw that a car pull up on the unpaved ground, some feet away from where he sat, that was when the President of Zhang Corporation set down the tea cup in his hand, watching as the approaching figures made their way to where he sat. The mysterious man carried the still unconscious form of Yang Lin over his shoulders.
