Chapter 9: Martial Soul Awakening
Few seconds later his body was covered with lightning but he didn't seem electrocuted. When Lei opened his eyes he was already floating in an endless space it was filled with darkness and starry skies. In his front were a tall and a profound looking man.
There were multiple lightning that covers his body, his like the sun in the dark space but his aura was not white-golden as the sun but white-blue. His like a big energy floating there but there was no way to discern his looks, he approached Xīn Lei.
Xīn Lei only thought that there was very big pressure that was about to collide with him but what was strange was as he got close their aura seems to synchronize with each other.
Mysterious Man "It seems like old brother really was a man. HAHAHA!! Child you really are like his miniature version. There is only one thing I could tell you now my gift can easily harm others, it should never be used in evil."
Then the Man released an explosive force around his body. Some of it invades Lei's body then he only felt a warm handle in his hands and pass out.
Six months later
In a simple room a boy was packing up his clothes. And already dress up in travelling clothes, he wears a black clothe with a simple vertical garment design. Yes it is Xīn Lei, 6 months ago he was found by his father in a hole, unconscious. After careful evaluation of his body his martial soul have been already awaken.

After a simple discussion in the family they ask Elder Kai to help Xīn Lei to be admitted in the Still water's academy.

Base on Xīn Lei's description it was a ten thousand year Heavenly Black Beak Thunder Bird that he found. It was even a mystery how he was able to absorb a thousand year soul beast.

Xīn Qiángdà looks proudly to his son "Hahaha! When you return father will really buy you whatever food you want. Be the strongest son. Hahaha!!"

Xīn Lei excitedly run and go outside while saying"ok ok ok. Goodbye mom and dad. Take care always"
The distance between Knoon village and Still water city was about a day travel time by riding a carriage. Altogether there were 5 people who travelled together to Heaven Dou. It was Elder Kai, Feng Chen, Xīn Lei, Wun Lee and Kai Yue.
