Chapter 6: CHAPTER 6
After I unlocked my chakra, I suddenly got a notice from the system after a long long time.
[System updating. Host update shall be complete in 24 hours. Good luck]
So I needed my chakra to update the system, who would have thought of that. Now onto more pressing matters, I was born an year before the nine tails attack. My parents hold a grudge against the boy and honestly I have no interest in him so we had no contact but every time I mention the nine tails attack they make a face full of anger so it is best if I don't interact with naruto.
I pity him but I will not hamper myself for you, besides everything works out for you in the end. After all you were the main character. Enough about naruto, it's now about neji. This guy will definitely hold a grudge for my name plus he was an ass until he lost to naruto. Sadly I was born in the same year as neji, so it will be pretty hard for me to be the rookie of the year.
Sigh, this is troublesome but I should train harder without my parents noticing. I wonder what random skill and jutsu I will get from tutorial rewards. I need to start practicing now. "Mom, gong out" I said to her but I did not wait for her reply. I already know she is going say no but I don't really care if she says yes or no. If i want to do something I will do it.
*Public training ground 24*
Although this was a public training place, it is quite faraway so very few people come here and most that come here will only come once or twice before leaving. I don't like getting attention to my self so this place was perfect for me.
I wonder what I should do know. Oh!! I know practice my shuriken and kunai throwing skills. My aim is awful so I better practice. I thought before taking out the shurikens that I got from my fathers old ninja clothes, he kept all his weapons and clothing in a large wooden box which has no lock and is under the bed.
*1 day later*
My mother turned into an oni and started shouting and lecturing me at the same time. I was surprised that she actually started to shout at me today instead of last night when I came back late at night. She had a hanya face but did not say anything.
Halfway through her lecture, I found out that the system finished updating. I wnated to check what was new and said status in my head.
The familiar light blue screen with my information and stats came.
