Chapter 8: getting ready to go
the next day I was so worried and excited
i mean why shouldn't I be?
im leaving my home town...
Going on a adventure into the unknown...
With a man I just met!
"I need to calm down" I said
"just think of it as a normal day" I reassured myself.
"what do I do first...." I pondered
just then my tummy growled
"Let's start with a good breakfast!" I decided and headed downstairs.
Eli was already up packing my things..
"Morning Ali!" Eli said excitedly.
I smiled at him.
"Morning Eli" I replied back
I was heading to the kitchen when I stopped and looked back
"Eli how long will I be staying there..." I said
"Ali... you won't be staying there.." Eli paused.
"You're going to be living there...." Eli said
"WHAT" I screamed.
So many things rushed through my head.
What's it like there?
Will I be treated kindly?
Will they have food I like?
"Living there...." I murmured

wait what about my home?
my mom?
my neighbors?
what if I want to come back?
would I be able to come back?
could I even come back?!
"I guess I gonna be saying a lot of goodbyes.."
I shakely said
