Chapter 5: The Big Meeting
After waking the next day I steadily go over the notes I had prepared the night before. I just know that if everything goes right I can get this job. At least I think I can. As soon as I start to walk down our white carpet stairs I hear my mother talking.
"Something happened with Min and Jin. I've never seen her act so cold and sensitive at the same time. Do you know if something happened? Did she confide in you?" I have always known that my mother wanted me to become physically involved with Jin. Yet, she'll never know that on the inside I've grown to love and secretly hate him.
"No, she never said anything to me. She's very quiet when it come to her personal life. I think that she would like to keep it that way. So we shouldn't meddle in that. I heard what you did yesterday." My dad has always had the biggest mouth.
"I knew you had something to do with why Jin, and Soel where at the same market as us. I would have never thought that you would be the reason that I had to see both of them again like that." I say with a cold and angered. "I don't care at this moment. I have to go to the Jun Jie Company anyways, I don't have time for the games of this. So if you would wish me luck, that would be appreciated. Love you, Bye" I start to walk out the door in my small black heals.
I can tell that both of my parents just want what's best, but they have always cared more about my love life than my dreams.
After driving down the streets of Hantori, I realize this has been the first time that I have been in Jun Jie. I don't think I've ever been this nervous to see a big company like this. I just hope that i know some people at this company. It should be different from America.
As I park and get out of my car, I see this huge 20 story building with a sign that says "Jun Jin entertainment." written in clear black lettering. I start to walk up the gray concrete stairs and see many people gather around with signs. A protest, I guess. I wonder what is going on. Maybe that's why they need legal advise? As I walk in the tall glass doors I hear.
"Ms.Min, Nice to see you, please follow me. There has been a big problem. My boss would like me to tell you that you have been hired and he expects amazing things. Maybe, you can get the company out of this mess. He is sitting in a meeting which you should be joining." A tall blonde haired man says as he leads me to a small meeting room.
"Mr.Jun, Ms.Min is here."
"Alright, Bring her in." A cold and disdained voice come from the room. I also here multiple voices shouting about. This will sure be a big meeting.
