Chapter 3: Do I Have To Say Why?
After two years of running away from anything that had to do with this couple, I had to finally confront them. Both at the same time. I never thought that I would run into them at the same time.
"Min!" Jin Soo yells as he lets go of the godless behind him.
"You're finally back home! When did you get back? Are you going to leave again? Do you have enough time to catch up? Do you thi-"
"JIN SOO! Why are you so excited to see her again when I'm standing right behind you? Am I not your girlfriend?" Seol Hee states with a ridicule behind her voice.
"Oh Soel. It has been a long time since either of us have seen Little Min here. Why are you acting so sinister. You know you're the only person I love." Jin pleads as he goes and kisses her with a slight smile on his mouth.
"Plus Min has no feeling for me. You don't have to get all worked up for nothing."
My heart begins to throb hearing these words. Over two years ago, I realized I liked Jin. I was going to tell him, but Soel Hee found out and tried to compete with my for his hand. So I never told him. Only because he became very fond of Soel. What was I suppose to do?
"It's very nice to see both of you. If you will excuse me I have to continue shopping." I say as I look around to make a sudle eye contact with my mother. She looks at me and gives me the biggest smile.
" Oh Min honey I can shop by myself. Why don't you go out for some coffee with them?" Mother states as a hint of curiousity peaks.
"Are you sure? Fathers at home waiting for us. I shouldn't leave so soon." I eagerly waver
" Shes right Auntie, She shouldn't leave her family plus we are very busy planning the wedding. We wouldn't want anything to impead. Now would we Jinny?" Soel says with a sinister smirk. She knows how much it hurts to hear those words.
"Min, Would you like to help us plan? Maybe even catch up while we work?" Jin smiles while looking into Soel's eyes. I can see the beautiful sparkle in his eyes.
"No thank you, I must get back. I have a job interview tomorrow. Good bye."
"Mom, I'm going to head home if you don't need me."
" Okay I'll see you back at home then Min." mother states with a confused look. I forgot i never told her about my feelings for Jin.
