He was here. Walking down the crowded and vociferous street. Holding hands with an unfamiliar petite and pretty girl.
It surprised me a bit that he had moved on because I still haven't.
After everything that had happened, I still think about it every day and night. The way he hugged me. The way we communicated. How he once held my hands with care and gentleness just like the way he held hers now.
'You're the only one I'll ever love.'
I sat there eating my bagel and perceiving my surroundings, however, my focus always fell back on him. I stared at him feeling vacant.
He had left a hole in me and it's starting to rot. Watching the girl smile, makes me laugh. How once I was in her position, holding hands and listening to his soft, kind voice.
'My biggest mistake wasn't falling for you. It was thinking you had fallen for me too.'
Drifting off to my surroundings, I was astonished on how well preserved my old, ancient academy was. It felt like I was still attending this magical place. My youth had taken place here, this is where my story began to bloom
Greetings fellow readers!
This is the first novel that I'm writing for fun because I want to:
1. Improve my grammar and vocabulary
2. Be more creative minded
3. My long term goal is to succeed as an author >///<
If there are any issues, please feel free to correct me or positively criticize my faults.
Anyways I guess enjoy and if you have any queries or want updates, I don't bite :)
