Chapter 7: Chapter 6.5: Side-Story 1
At night, at the bar of the Adventurer's Guild three figures can be seen drinking together. One was a large and muscled bald man, the other was a black-haired man clothed in leather and metal armor with a sword on his hip and the last was a woman wearing a brown Magician's robe with a staff standing her side, leaning against the bar.
"So Alan, tell me. Why did you give 'those' to her?" the black-haired man suddenly said.
"Yeah! Why did you do that? Weren't those Erica's?" the woman followed.
"*Sigh* Easy there Bratt, Catherine. They are mine and I can do whatever I want with them. She is talented and she could use them better than I do." Alan responded.
"What makes you say that? Was she that special?" Catherine continued.
"She will easily surpass me and besides, I could see Erina's figure in her."
"...I see..." she only responded.
It was silent until suddenly a voice was heard behind them, startling them all.
"I'm glas one of my children gets such a high evaluation from you Alan."
The three quickly turned around and saw the priest standing behind them.

They quickly stood up and took another barstool and ordered another beer for their friend. After they all sat back down, Catherine sighed.
"Almost like the old gang is back together again."
"Yeah, almost..." Bratt sadly said.
"Come on guys, enough depressing thoughts. It's been a while since we all drank together, so let's drink!" Alan said.
" " "Yeah!" " " they all responded.
"Glad this workaholic joined us again. It's been a while hasn't it, Alex?" Catherine said.
"Yes it has, Cathy. Yes it has."
This little reunion lasted until quite late until they all had to leave because the Guild's bar was closing and so they had to go home while saying goodbye to each other and walking home with an unsteady gait. Tomorrow morning was going to be painful for them all.
