Chapter 5: I Don't Know
its been a few weeks after the incident where Venelana fainted because of me. and what can i say, we become friend pretty easily much to my confusion. she is like sheltered ojou-sama that just run away from her house... quite literally. and well, because i don't have friends here i must say that her company here is welcomed. but still, i went into the forest again when it was night.
right now we are sitting together underneath the cliche tree, yeah i named it cliche tree, while looking at the purple sky.
"hey, little girl" i call venelana getting her attention to me
"yeah, manda? what is it?" she said while smiling sweetly at me
"isn't it already time for you to went home?"
"oh, you are right. it is already the time. but, can i just spend a bit more time here with you?"
"i hope you can little girl, but i think it is the best for you to go home. less your family getting worried."
"mou. i told you my name is Venelana and i am not a little girl. and my family will never worried about me because i can just destroy everything that will treathening myself" she said while creating a ball of power of destruction.
what can i say, spoiled run on the blood i guess. she is almost similar with her daughter, Rias. in the future i guess.
"you know, Manda."
"what is it?"
"i want to say thank you to you. thanks because you want to be my friend"
"hey, what so sudden?" i ask feeling confused. i mean, this scene will never been found on the original film so i don't know what will happend. but, i can careless about the original anime because with me being here, everything already went into chaos.
"tomorrow..." she said while trailing her word
"what about tomorrow?"
"starting tomorrow, i can't come into this place anymore. i need to go to the devil academy"
oh. now this is new. i don't know there is a devil academy at underworld. but i still know that it was a possibility albeit really small. i mean sona want to create a school for the low class devil, so there is 2 chance one is the school of devil is only for the noble family or there aren't any school present.
"so, why are you so sad?"
"it... its means that i can't see you anymore" she said while her eyes starting to wet.
"silly girl, i will be still here. you can just visit me from time to time"
"but... but... waaahhh"
ah... she is crying. well, i guess i can only do the thing i can. so i hug her and she just crying while burying her head into my chest.
"there, there... you don't need to cry okay"
after a few minutes of crying finally she calmed down and getting cheerful again. what a fast swing of emotion. i really can;t understand the logic in this world.
"promise me" she said while showing her pinky finger to me. look at that, i guess pinky promise is still a thing even for devil.
"promise what?"
"promise me you will never forget about me. and of course i will visit you when i was on holiday"
"well, sure"
after doing the pinky promise, and with the look on her face i know that it was good, she then fly away went into her famility house or maybe mansion with a skip on here feet or maybe wings, yeah she is flying.
and since that day. i never see her again for years good. but, it was story for another time.
after sending Venelana off i turn around a went into the forest continuing my practice and leveling.
