Chapter 3: Unsettling
I'm at home and just came from a long day of a cold, unsettling school day, but before I got home Pammy wanted to see if I was okay. I didn't want to say anything to her at first but, she seemed so worried. So I told her I was fine. In school everyone kept asking" Did you dye your hair, are you wearing contact's" or "how is your eye's glowing". I just couldn't bare with this attention. The twins welcomed me with smiles."Hello" they said in cherry voices." Are you okay" Sean said. "No i'm fine but what happened at Andrew's house" I said. " What happen's at Andrew's house stay's at Andrew's house unless you ask him yourself we can't tell you" Sam said in a teasing voice." Fine i'll ask Pam she might tell me" I said. " She wont tell you, she loves Andrew to much to tell you, and Melina might get too sexual and try to rape you first" Sean said.
Then I thought as I laid on the couch, for some unknown reason that I wanted to be with Andrew that Pam don't love Andrew like I do. quickly snapping out of my thought's and realized what I just said. "DINNER TIME"! mom shouted to get both Len and my attention." OKAY MOM" we both said. I went to the bathroom to wash my hand's and what I saw in the mirror was a pale white girl with long blood red hair with glowing red eye's and short black horns on her forehead. That girl was me. I tried not to freak out and combed my hair over my horn's.
While combing my hair over my horns the end's of my finger's started too turn black. I ran to my room and put gloves over my hand's. I walked downstairs for dinner. Len said "what took you so long"?"Nothing just had to use the bathroom, that's all."I said.
We're all sitting at the table and my mother said" no gloves at the table you know the rules no hats no shades no scarfs or gloves"."But mom its chilly and i'm cold". I replied."Fine" my mom said." Finish you food and get under some blanket's. "Thank you mom". I finished up my food quickly and ran upstairs to throw myself into my bed which felt like jumping into Andrew's arms. I drifted to sleep. It was blurry but I saw two people getting married. they looked like demon's but, a happy couple.
" Wendy you got a call". My mom said waking me from my sleep."Coming"! I shouted while getting up and running down the stair's. I grabbed the phone and answered it."Hello" I said. " Hi Wendy" Sam and Sean said."Can you meet us at the park we need to tell you something" Sean said."Okay but I have to ask my parent's first". I replied." Okay ciao" Sam sang'd as he hung up. I guess i'm going to the park.
