Chapter 1: Angst Teen
riNg!!..RinG!!!
Goes the sound of the alarm when a hand picks it up and throws it to the wall.The 18 year old boy, with his hands rubbing his eyes yawn as he walk towards the bathroom. He wanted to start training his body as he was joining his friend, his only friend to go to the gym.
So the boy started jogging one week earlier prior to the gym together his body in a little bit of shape so that the strain from working out would not be too much of a problem from him.
The teenager had to go to work early in the morning so he couldn't jog for very long.He started at 5 a.m. and came home at 7:30a.m. He had an hour shift in the morning at the supermarket and he went straight to class after his shift which started at 9 a.m.
You see the teenager was alone by himself. He had to learn how to take care of himself. He was always alone at school, at home and at work. And yes i did mention that he had a friend but he died due to an accident few weeks ago. He and his friend decided to go to the gym before the accident happened. He stayed true to his words, while his friend could not.
The teenager boy had resented accidents.It wasn't fair that you couldn't blame anyone.He wanted someone to hate.He wanted someone to blame. Because the thing is that if we have someone to blame for anything, the thought of revenge keeps us company and we feel less alone.
The teenager boy always thought that school was overrated. "It gives you false hope" he said. You see school is a symbol of hope. Parents think that it will help you survive in the late game. They think that it would make our life easier if we go to school. Get a degree, a job . But the thing about school is that it could give you confidence that day and take all your will to live the next day . You have to be fierce to survive, you have to hold fast to your heart.
After school ended the teenager had to go to another part time job. He worked at the mall from 4p.m. to 9p.m. He then went home, thinking that he had to start all over again the next day. He wanted something to happen, something thay makes him feel good, something straight out of a novel but it never happened. The teenage boy was left by his father when he was born and his mother died at 16. He was taken in by his mother's friend but he decided to ran away from home. He couldn't take another beating from his stepfather.
He resented his stepfather. "Why do these unworthy human live?" he asked himself .
But that was life aand he started to get use to it.
You see life isn't fair and its going to stay like that even if you don't like it. Sometimes you have to do something even if you don't like it.Thats what being mature is.
