Chapter 1: Chasing the storm
As Diana ran down a dark and damp dirt path feet running as fast as they could pushing all pain that shot threw her slim yet lean body to the back of her mind. Her long night black hair whipping around wildly in the wind covering her face every five seconds as she pushed it out of her face the shout's of loud deep voices started to fade away and soon she could only hear the sound of her heavy breathing as she ran threw the forest trees.
She was to scared to stop running incase someone caught up to her suddenly a dim light shone through a clearing up ahead that got brighter the closer she got when she made it threw the clearing the edge of an enormous city presented itself to her with lights and the noise of the hustle and bustle of the city. Not sure of where she was she paused for a moment and continued to run "I will not give up, one day they will beg me for mercy and kindness" she thought to herself. Lost in thought she forgot to stay focused on where she was running and ran straight into a stranger on a bike as the stranger flipped off and Diana got thrown into the middle of the stranger and the bike they both tumbled to the bottom of a very steep hill.
As the stranger stood up off Diana Infront of her a very tall and muscular figure stood holding out a hand to help her up but before she could even see his face she collapsed back into the ground exhausted from the events of tonight her body couldn't take anymore with that the stranger scooped her up in his arms and took her home to his place so she could rest.
