Back at the house Chang Wook and Ha Eun were greeted by his family.
"You're back!" Do Mi said. Chang Wook felt his mother was planning something and he did not have the energy to disagree with his mother right now.
"What do you want?" Chang Wook asked his mother. He knew his mother too well.
"We were talking and thought that maybe it would be a good idea if you two had your wedding here!" Do Mi said excitedly.
Chang Wook and Ha Eun looked at each other. Ha Eun was just planning on them signing the papers, they'd turn it in and that would be it. Having a wedding was too real.
Chang Wook had already dragged his parents into this mess, he didn't want a wedding. A wedding costs money, money that shouldn't be spent on a fake marriage.
"Um…actually" Chang Wook didn't know how to get out of this.
"Um…" Ha Eun didn't know either.
"We can go dress shopping tomorrow" Soo Ryun said. Ha Eun chuckled awkwardly. She grabbed Chang Wook by his shirt and excused themselves to talk outside.
"A wedding?!" Ha Eun yelled in a whisper.
"Hey, I didn't plan for this either" Chang Wook answered.
"Then talk to them!" Ha Eun said, shoving him.
"You're the bride, why don't you talk to them?" Chang Wook pushed back. Ha Eun looked at him shocked "Yeah, I pushed you. So, what?" he asked.
"They're your family! Talk to them" Ha Eun said "I'm not agreeing to this" she added "I don't want to"
"Well, you're going to" he told her. Chang Wook looked over at the window and saw his family looking over at them. He looked back at Ha Eun and started to pull her closer to him.
"What are you doing?" she asked.
"They're looking. Let's make it look like we're reconciling" he pulled her into his embrace "That's much better, isn't it?" Then he did something Ha Eun didn't expect he'd do again. He placed his hand on her ass and tapped it. Ha Eun sighed.
"If you touch my ass one more time, I'll cut your hands off and feed them to a shark" she whispered to him. He quickly let her go.
"What a good fiancee" she told him as she rubbed her hand on his cheek then hit his ass with all the force she could muster and walked back to the house. He had to act like he wasn't in an enormous amount of pain. How can that small body contain such strength?
...
The next day Ha Eun was awoken by a knock on the door.
"Knock, knock" it was Soo Ryun's voice "Breakfast for the soon to be married couple"
Ha Eun panicked and went to the bottom of the bed to see Chang Wook still asleep on the floor "Chang Wook!" she said in a hushed yell. When he didn't answer she got up from the bed.
"Hello? Are you two still sleeping?" Do Mi asked loudly, knocking again.
"Just a moment!" Ha Eun yelled. She took the blankets off Chang Wook and stomped her foot on his stomach.
"Ah! Why would you do that?!" he asked in a sleepy yet angered tone of voice.
"Your mom and grandmother are at the door!" she said in a whisper, taking his pillow from under his head and throwing it on the bed.
Chang Wook got up and hid the futon under the bed.
"We're coming in!" Soo Ryun said happily. Ha Eun and Chang Wook both jumped into the bed simultaneously and threw the sheets over themselves. Ha Eun moved Chang Wook's arm over her. Chang Wook felt that wasn't loving enough so he pulled her closer to him and laid his head on top of hers.
When the door opened, Ha Eun quickly grabbed onto Chang Wook's hand. Chang Wook got surprised for a second. He looked down at Ha Eun, she looked up at him. They both got flustered but looked forward at the Chang Wook's family. All of them were carrying trays full of breakfast foods. They even had cinnamon buns and all types of drinks.
"Awww, look at you too all cuddly together" Do Mi said happily.
"Yeah, that's us. We are huge cuddlers" Chang Wook said.
"Huge, very huge" Ha Eun added.
"Well, we didn't know what Ha Eun would like so we got a little bit of everything" Soo Ryun said.
"Thank you so much" Ha Eun said.
"We'll let you two relax" Do Mi said, "Come downstairs when you're ready" When they left Ha Eun pushed herself off Chang Wook.
"That was a close call" Chang Wook said passing his hands through his hair. He looked over at Ha Eun who was pouring herself a cup of coffee. She had a strand of her pulled back over her ear and the rest of her hair dangled from one side. Her pajamas were pink, made of silk. They were extremely short and a bit revealing. Somehow, she looked very…very… "Wow" he said.
"We just have to make sure it doesn't happen again" Ha Eun said as she brought two cups of coffee over to the bed. Chang Wook was surprised by this. His boss was being kind? And he also thought she was…He couldn't say the words, he could just slap himself. He thought that in his head was too simple, so he did it in real life.
"What did you do that for?!" Ha Eun asked him surprised.
"Oh, I felt a mosquito on me" he said. Ha Eun looked at skeptically but nodded.
"What am I thinking?!" he asked himself "I've been feeling weird since we got here and thinking even weirder things. He blamed it on the fact that he was back home "Once we get back to Seoul everything will be back to normal…apart from the fact that I'll be married to my boss"
As normal as things can get.
Oooh, a wedding. Things are starting to get real.
