A YERRR YERRR. So I'm gonna roll with Kenji's perspective for a while and then continue to the others. Kenji's will probably be longer than the other characters. Then a few chapters to rap up this part. It'll be a good time. I guess. Esketit.

Kaito explained the situation. A gang of mercenaries washed from the Mist into his home village. He was forced to move further North with his family along with the few villagers left. But the enemies followed. As far as he knew, there were around forty of them. The group flourished around the Mist, but picked up ninja from all villages, and they were well organized. When Kaito and his people arrived in town, they built houses, hoping the peace would last. The few people that lived here welcomed them with open arms. Common folk just trying to live in this nasty world. The mercenaries took shelter in the mountains above the town and came down every week, demanding over half of the resources from the small farms and hunters. The population of 48 in the town only had so much. It was a struggle to survive. Eventually, resources were spread thin and the people couldn't meet demands. So instead, on every demand day, the outcasts began taking women. One every time. And at the latest meeting, Kaito's wife was taken.
This man had helped Kenji despite knowing nothing about him. Kenji knew he probably lied a few times to Mist authority to cover him. There was something about this situation, something about the look on Kaito and his children's faces, it brought the killer out. He'd never felt this bloodlust before. But why? He hardly knew the man. Kenji felt the words of Jiraiya echo. He'd probably figure out these feelings eventually.
Kenji and Kaito sat there staring into the ground. Kenji got the overall objective situation, to save the eight women already taken, and neutralize the bandits. The part that was troubling was the no killing challenge. Kenji thought it would be much easier to wipe scum like them from the earth. He knew he was right, but within the short time he'd known him, Jiraiya had made an impact on Kenji. He might as well see where it leads.
"Mr. Kaito, can you gather the leaders of this town. I have a plan." Kenji said with the greatest confidence.
Kaito stuttered slightly. "S..Sure." He turned to his kids. "Wait here kids, OK?" They nodded. Kenji was left with them. They stared holes into his head, but it didn't bother him. People had given him that look his entire life.
About ten minutes later, four men and one women, including Kaito, entered.
"Kenji, these individuals have kept the village together for years and well respected, so you can say they're leaders." Kenji nodded and greeted everyone coldly. He had to brace himself for his own plan. It was simple, but so were bandits. He knew it would work. The only thing Kenji had to worry about was the leader of the gang. His name was well known in the underworld as Stone Cold. Stone Cold Steve Austin.
The group sat in a circle. The woman, who radiated confidence and authority. "Kenji, Kaito spoke of a plan you had."
"Yes ma'am, but we have to wait till the next meeting." Kenji spoke his simple plan. It reinforced the hearts of everyone. Afterwards, the leaders bolted to every house, informing the people of what to do.
It was dusk. The next meeting was in two days. Kenji graciously accepted Kaito's hospitality, although there was little to eat. Kenji sat on his bed, running through the plan one last time. The meeting always took place at dark. It was perfect. He took the black outfit from his bag and noticed a note. He opened it.
"Dear Kenji, I hope you'll learn something because if you do, I'll teach you the ultimate technique on how to peek on girls in the bathhouse. ~winkface~. But I know you wouldn't want to learn it anyway." Kenji could see the man in defeat. "The hokage asked me to teach you two techniques, so if you prevail, I will. Best of luck." -Jiraiya
Kenji laid the note back in his bag and wondered about the techniques he could possibly learn. The curiosity alone was enough to motivate him.

Two days later.....
Kenji, dressed in all black, his headband fluttering in the wind, waited in the trees. The sun was about to set. The villagers were on edge, but patiently waited like normal. A light traveled down the mountain. Soon enough, four men with cuts through their headbands stepped into the village to meet the five leaders in the middle of the street.
"AYYYYYEEEE YOU SSSHHHTEEPID VILLAGE. TIME TO GET PLUNDERED!" This guy was clearly drunk. Even better, maybe it was an off day, Kenji thought.
Other four looked at him with smiles like they were having a good time. Like nothing could ever beat them. "Stay here dude. We'll get it this time." One that wasn't impaired eyed Kaito. "So, do you have the requirements this week?"
Kaito quietly said "No, We do not."
The disgraced ninja smiled. "Ohhh welll then. Looks like we'll have to take another pretty girl from this place. They are really a waste to stay here anyway." He looked around. "Alright, spread out boys. Say something if you find a beauty."
Three figures darted around to front doors everywhere.
Kenji didn't grab his sword. Instead, he went bare handed. He flashed into the back of the drunk ninja first. He cupped his hand over his mouth and nose with an arm gripping his neck. He cut off all air flow. The drunk couldn't do anything. When Kenji laid him down, before he drifted off, He could have sworn he just saw a white sharingan. The stories about this anomaly had already spread to them. He was scared out of his mind, but it was too late. He laid down, unconscious. Kenji stared at the leaders, who were frightened out of their mind, lost in his eyes.
"Get inside. I'll handle it." Kenji jarred them back. They tiptoed inside while the four ninja where still searching. Kenji instructed the villagers to hide as best they could. To at least give him a little more time. He continued. Kenji silently followed into one of the victim homes. The ninja was looking through a closet. Kenji did the same procedure. He choked the breath out of him. He then motioned the man and his wife to come out. Kenji left the body right outside the door. There was no time to do that.
"HEY BOYS I FOUND ONE!!!" Before Kenji could get to another house, the ninja appeared from the dwelling gripping the wrist of a young girl. He could hear the screams of her parents. Begging to stop. Thoughts and memories sprang into Kenji's head. He slapped himself. He couldn't be doing this now.
Kenji took the man by surprise. He had to be quick. Kenji quickly weaved signs, prompting the uncontrollable lightning into his left palm. He chopped down with his right hand, cutting off the grip with the girls wrist and shoving the lightning palm into the face of the man. He screamed like death itself was killing him. Until he plopped straight to the ground. Kenji actually got nervous. He checked the man's pulse while the girl backed away on her bottom, trying to calm herself. He was still alive. Kenji breathed a relief, but through his byakugan, a flash of a chakra system instantly came from his eight o'clock. Kenji grasped a kunai and blocked an opposing one just in time. He flipped into the air, kicking the man's face in the process. The bandit lost his balance. Kenji released fire from his hand this time. Melted the skin off the man's face. The screams that filled the night were reduced to four unconscious bodies.
Kenji used the most nonlethal tactics he could. He could tell how undiverse his arsenal was. He'd have to fix that in the future.
A few men and her parents helped console the girl who was almost taken while some helped Kenji restrain the bodies in a cellar around Kaito's house. This was just the start.
Now, Kenji would show one skill in his growing collection that he knew too well.
Torture.

This was pretty long. I was sitting here thinking about how to write this chapter. Then, all of the sudden I thought, what if Stone Cold Steve Austin was a rouge ninja? lol. Random thought but It'll be cool. If you don't know who that is, just google it. Kenji will be learning some new moves later, which I alluded to. I have a plan for that which will make the new title of the novel make sense. So great things are coming! Stay tuned and thanks for reading. I'm out. YERRR!
